Guy named Jeff called me and my husband said to call him ASAP I called back and I asked who he was with would not tell me I said I was returning a call I had gotten from this number said I would tell him my full name and he said "I don't have time for games" and hung up! If they are wanting to talk to someone about a debit take the time to talk don't be rude!!!!!!

This people call all the time. They let the phone ring at least 15 times.The man seems rude. I need this call discontinued. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call from a man asking  if I was there asked for his name & company he worked for he gave me his name said until I identified I was the person he was calling for he could not by law tell me the name of the company he worked for I hung up he tried to call right back I sent him to voice mail when I tried to call him back got his VM just saying you reached the office of John Black leave a msg checked my vm  later he didn't leave a msg either

i got the same rude non info calls over & over but it was by a guy named john from that number

a man just called from that number,said his name was john black,asked for my husband.when i said he wasnt available he just hung up on me,without stating his reason for calling.i tried to call back but received a personal voicemail box...

This guy is really rude.  He refused to send me a statement so I could verify it with my records.  He stated he had proof that he sent it and would not waste his companies resources to resend it.  I never received a statement from them.   I informed him I was going through a debt consolidation company and they would contact him.  He said his company would refuse to talk to them.  I contacted my debt consolidation company and they said if he refused payment then we continue to send the payment to the original debt holder and they have to forward the payment to them.  Maybe this will help someone with this person.

I called the # 405-290-2072 Trying to find out what the call was all about. The name of the caller was John Black . He would not give me any information until I gave him our phone number. He said he had no such number in his records.  The company was a collection agency.

Collection Agencies can sue you, they can pull your credit report which has your employment and sue you period......educate yourself before you let the stupidity roll out of your head!

First of all, to the dingle berry who stated that individuals need to pay their debts, blah blah blah..HELLO! LIFE HAPPENS and in todays economy--its just NOT that easy to pay bills.  Working or NOT!  Insurance companies do NOT pay as much on medical stuff like they use to.  Instead people are screwed over and left with ungodly amounts to pay.  
And these people who make these calls are always RUDE.  I have a law office that Im working with now that is so incredibly nice--that collection agencies need to take some lessons from them.
Get out and get a real job instead of working for a company that has you calling and harassing people.  
Secondly--I dont intend on calling anyone back by the name of "JOHN BLACK"..how retarted is that?  The name in itself just sounds fake.  
If you want to contact people, send them a freakin letter in the mail and then leave them a lone!

You know, I would hope that the next time you visit a hospital for any procedure, you would ask them to see the Charge Master.

That's the underlying documentation that a medical facility uses to determine just how much they'll charge for a procedure to be done.

In that, it will list all items to be used by the procedure, how much Medicare / Medicaid will pay once it's turned in, and how much over that they will charge you for profit. Chances are pretty high that they won't allow you to see this. Those of us who have worked with or for medical facilities know that they'll often mark things up over 200% so that they will get their items paid for by the insurance. What the insurance doesn't pay, is usually their profit margin, which they'll turn over to a collection agency. If it doesn't get paid, they'll write it off. They've already gotten their money from the insurance, so they can, and often will. As a write off gets them a tax break.

First of all u called me using a name I haven't used in over ten years.. I have no credit cards I pay all my bills ( I am a medical worker myself). Then u said u don't have time to play my games then hung up? Seriously??!! As a professional and a single mom (who is not on any gov benefits) I question every strange number to my phone.. now if u think I owe u something YOU ARE SERIOUSLY WRONG. Now if u called me and acted professional I 'd b more than happy to talk. I'd like to know who u work for! I will send my complaints there. Cause I don't have time to play YOUR GAMES. The ambulance took my husband home to die. I was left with a mountain of bills for his hospital bills and ambulance, etc. I went to court and a judge said that when someone dies in Oklahoma the survivors are NOT responsible for the debts of the deceased. I know many do not know this. Spread teh word. These collection agencies are collecting from widows/widowers illegally.

John Black called me and asked for my husband. I told him he died in 2010. He said "thanks," click. BUt the calls still come. Good grief.

   Either you work for this company, or you are a little troll.  Regardless of that, you show you know nothing of why this country is "tanking".  If you knew anything, which again you have shown you don't, you would know that the medical industry in the united states is a business entirly bent on garning as much money as it can from its clients and insurance companies.  Due to this, debt collection companies are able to buy these debts at discounted rates when the good people can not pay these rediculous bills.  Then debt collect use tactics to try and scare people into paying them.  Most often they threaten to sue, and most of the time it is just an idle threat because it would cost more to sue then to let the debt go.  

So, lets just be honest.  The real criminals here are the dirty little liars that try to extract money from people who can't afford to pay the exorbitant cost of many medical bills.

BTW, john black is the current owner of this number.  And he is as big of a member as dick. (post above this)

Wow, Just simply amazing! I am sure that all of your mothers and fathers are just ever so proud of all of you individuals! The economy of the United States is tanking, and getting worse by the day! The cost of goods and services are increasing at such a rate, that the rate of minnimum wage can't keep up with it, further ruining the economy......guess why that is people? Because people such as yourselves don't pay their debts, causing the rest of the hard working, tax paying, decent americans to pick up your slack......get a job, get a clue, and work for what you have and pay for it like a morally responsable adult!

I just got a call for "human Resources" I told her they were unavailable and she asked for "payroll dept". I told her that is the same dept an they are still unavailable.. asked if she wanted to leave a msg. She said her name was Sally Little. Asked what company she was calling from.. she said dont worry about that, u just give them the msg so we can have a talk. Ill call back if you dont have them call me."

I got a message by a woman who said she was calling for Bob Hart. I know of none here. But the area code is right. But I'm sure not calling it! I have been charged with stupid scam thing from the internet for nothing on my phone bill! That should be a felony!

It's a scam and you should never give them any of your personal information.  There is also another number these jerks call from and it is (405) 290-2025.  From all the research I have done on these numbers, it's nothing but a big scam!!!!!!!!!!!! They have been reported to the BBB and anyone that receives calls from either number should also file a complaint.

They have called me numerous times and I try to tell them this is a new number and I don't know who they are asking for so now when they call I speak a different unknown language to them and they hang up. LOL

A guy just called our business asking for my husband. He was taking care of a customer at the time so I asked to take a message.  Then after reading some of these posts it made sence that he was trying to collect, especially since he asked for my husband by his full name, which no one ever does.  The problem is, if he is trying to collect for the Ambulance service then he's barking up the wrong tree.  Our workman's comp is taking care of it...or supposed to be. We seem to be having issues with having them talk to the right people since we get phone calls every two weeks from different people.  It's impossible to figure out who to talk to.  Anyway, I called the guy back on my cell phone and told him that I wanted to know what this was about.  So far, no call back.  We will see!!  BTW, the guy that called was named Bob Herzer.

I just got a call like that and didn't answer it as I NEVER answer numbers either outside my area code or ones with a different area code. It COULD be a scam going by what the first post said. If it IS a collection agency, as far as I know they don't file lawsuits if you owe anything. It just goes on your credit history. I look at it this way: If you don't answer, you don't have to listen to the idiot on the other end of the line.

just got called by a woman from this number. when my son answered she asked to speak to  me and he said yes,handed me the phone and i heard a click. hmmmmmm!

My husband got a call from this guy too.  He said he was collecting for the Southern Oklahoma Ambulance Service and that if my husband didn't make payment arrangements that he would be filling a lawsuit at 2:00 the following day.  I tried to call him several times before the 2:00 deadline, but never got an answer or a call back

a guy named Dave Henry kept calling my husbands cell phone. Wouldnt leave any detailed info on who he was or where he was from or what he wanted. I callled he back using *67. I called him back several times and he would not answer. When he finally did answer, "Dave" was completely rude and unprofessional. He became angry when I told him that I was just collecting info on him to give to my husband so that he could determine if he wanted to call him back. He ended up hanging up on me. He was apparently from CCI (collection agaency). If this was a legitimate company honestly trying to collect a debt, its representatives would not put the livlihood of the company on the line by hanging up on possible business. Better luck next time "Dave". Be glad that it wasnt my husband actually returning your call.
