I'm guessing it's some type of collection agency..

Don't know who this is but they call almost every day, beginning at 8 a.m. and sometimes 3 times more between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. No one ever says anything and then the call ends. You can hear what sounds like switchboard clicking from autodialing service but it never connects and then disconnects. ANNOYING!! I've done reverse look ups but they aren't listed. NOT going to pay to see who these jerks are.
