I answered the phone by just the business name, I usually also say my name.  The caller asked to speak to me by first name.  Asked her if "I" was expecting her call.  She said no, and I told her "I" was with a client and unavailable at the moment, and asked if she would like to leave a message.  She said no, she would call back.  I asked her if she was calling to sell "me" a product or service, and she hung up.
