Answered and no on there

received a call on 1-28-14 at 13:10 on my cell phone. Pre recorded message "Are you one of the millions without health insurance...." I pressed number to "opt out" and reported the number on the do not call site

Received a pre-recorded message on 1-28-13 at 13:10 stating "are you one of the millions without health insurance......."
I pressed the number to opt out, and filed a complaint with the do not call as my number has been registered since it started.

Called my cell, I answered, no one on the other end.  Waited several seconds then hung up!

Just got the call. Same here. I wish people get off there butts and do something else then bother us working people.  

No message or vm left.  Added to my blocked caller list....soo annoying!

Have no idea what this is about. Received call at 2 PM didn't leave a message. Put on call rejection list.

They just called me. I did not answer it .

Pretty much the same here, but I did not answer the call. The spammer called three times. I called back and I only got a recording saying that if I wanted to be placed on a do not call list.

Thrown off by the almost-familiar area code at a glance, I answered but nobody was there. I even waited until the call disconnected from their end. Typical phone spammers, get them now and then even though I'm on the do-not-call. These people are probably calling from a foreign country over the internet and passing a US number for caller ID so there's not much we can do.  Just add them to your block list on your phone.
