I have no idea who this is and when it is called back it shows disconnected.

I have had 2 calls from this number, when you call it back, you get a recording. I think it is there own recording not phone company.

These people have been calling me every 1.5 hours for days, even though I've repeatedly asked them to take me off their list, and I'm signed up for the do-not-call list.  I'd like to see them prosecuted.

I just received a call from 405-445-0065 and when I answered, I had difficulty trying to understand him due to a language barrier, but it did appear that he knew my first name (my phone is NOT listed in my name).  When I kept asking him to repeat what he was saying and that I was not understanding him, he apparently hung up.  I tried dialing the number back several times.  The first couple of times, it only rang one time and then nothing.  The line did not go dead, but no one answered either, and it did not roll over to voice mail.  The rest of the times I dialed, all I got was a busy signal.

This # calls then hangs up when I pick up the phone..

Just let an answering machine pick it up. They don't bother leaving a voice mail.
