Caller ID said Brain Sailer.    They call, but do not leave a message.   This number is spoof, a scammer, no less,  

Calls here almost almost daily. We have no answering machine, but I I called back twice. "Number is not in service." A POS spoofer who's blocked now.

This number has a name attached 'Brian Sailer' when called back said the number was no longer in service yet had 2 calls from it.

hung up when I answered without saying anything to me

Answered this call, asked for my sister by name, strangely as soon as I said she wasn't home he hung up without another word. Strange.
