I got a call from this number, and the caller ID said "JR Chamber." I answered, but they hung up. A little while later, I got a call from a different number, but it also said "JR Chamber." I tried calling back both numbers, but got a number disconnected message.

best solution with these: pick up phone and say nothing, it wastes their time and they dont like that; did that in this case and I heard "cant make no money this way" or such and they hung up

Unknown person and I would likel to know who  they are.
