None but I called them back

I know I have a debt for the 800 dollar amount. I know the loan company that hired them, but I am dealing with a debt consolidation company that said ignore them. But I needed to do some investigation on this phone number 4055281107, just to see if the threat of her taking legal action was legit. Olivia said that I was one of the few she was sending to court as soon as possible.

I received a call from this number from an Olivia, She was rude and threatened to take me to court and that my charges would go from 800 dollars to 3,000 dollars. Is this company legit. She couldn't even tell me the name of the company she worked for

I've told these people to stop calling multiple times. I've been hung up on, told I was due in court the next day. They have several numbers they call from

I just got a call from that office and they were rude to me as well. I looked up the number on the internet and  I found out that this office is not an lawyer office.

I received a call from this number, did not get the mans name that called. I ask for the company name, he was extremely rude when he said it was "The Corporation".  Someone put me down as a reference, without my permission.  I informed the gentleman of this and he said he did not care, my name was down as a reference.  He continued to be rude, so rude that I informed him I would report him for harassment, he told me to go ahead.  I hung up on the obnoxious man and not to my surprise he decided to call me a total of 5 times, yelling and carrying on.  I hung up on him each time he called after the initial call.  What company would hire such an unethical person?  I told him to remove my name as a reference, he informed me he would not, he also let me know he did not like my reasonable request. I can put the man in the moon down as a reference, does that make it right? NO!! Stop the harassment!! I have not spoken to this person in 10 yrs!! He was informed of this as well.  It is a no brainer as far as I am concerned.  I do not owe anyone any money, he had better watch it. I will not tolerate his behavior or actions.

I got the same call from Tracy Hall. She was very rude. I even called back too speak to someone else and they said that I had to talk to her. The guy on the phone threatened me that the sherieff would be at my house today and suggested that I speak to Tracy Hall to resolve the matter before she filed a law suit in court. How am I suppose to speak with someone so rude to resolve a matter.

Is this a legitmate law firm, can they pursue legal action? or can i just tell them ill pay in payments what i can and want?

I received a call from this company about a bill and the representative Tracy Hall was very very rude and would not allow me to speak, very harsh. I have never dealt with a company as bad as this one. They say they are with a Law Firm (Attorneys Office) and they are not. They are a collection agency.

We have received many calls from this number.  Originally, regarding debt we owed.  The callers were rude, used abusive language, and made many threats.  Very, very, poor business etiquette.
