'Gene' asked for Bill.  We have 2.  I had to ask which one.  Then I asked the name of the business he was calling from and he told me he is a person not a thing.   ???  He misunderstood the question?  Very unprofessional.  I told him 'no thanks' and he got dial tone.

They just hang up when you say person is nothere

Very rude! Called my business and asked for the Owner, Scott. I said he wasn't here. They guy yelled at me and said I was lying that he could see his truck outside. Told me to put him on hold so I could go find my boss. My boss wasn't even here. His name is Robert and he said he was calling from Tucker's. He had hung up by the time I got back to the phone. And when I tried to call back the number had been disconnected.

Called, wanted to hold, then hung up. Can't return the call.
