I always pay my bill early and they still won't quit calling me.

they call all the time, even when the bill is paid!!  I just hand the phone to my husband, "here honey, satans' calling again.

yes it is Cox. They normally call if your bill is late.

Got a call from this number twice today. The first time I missed it and there was an automated voice that left a message, telling me it was from Cox and to call them back about my service. I DO have Cox, but Cox never leaves automated messages like that. The second time it called, I answered, and it was the same robot voice, repeating the message over and over. Call them back about my service, yadda yadda.. Nope. This isn't Cox, so don't fall for it. I don't know what their scam is, but I want no part of it!

That is wrong, I don't have cox cable and they call me all the time telling me that there is something going on that will interrupt my service and if I have any questions to call back.

I TRIED to pay my bill to Cox via the internet. It wouldn't let me. I talked with a No-Service Rep and was told it was set for auto pay the next week. There is no way it can do that.  I didn't pay because Cox screwed up and then they wanted to charge me $6 for being late.  What does Cox, Vacuum Cleaners, Black Holes, the Obama administration and Hoes all have in common?  They Suck!

Cox Cable's customer service SUCKS but they do provide me with everything I need.  I will not however pay them in advance for their services so our bill is always late.  After 14 years of this arrangement you would think they would get the drift.  Thanks for the heads up as to whose number that is and I will happily block it from my phone.

I paid my bill two weeks ago.  It was a week or so late, but I am still getting calls from this number.  You would think that their computer would tell them that there is no money due to their account by me....

I do not owe them a freaking dime but they call me anyway. Anything I would pay them is more than their service is worth.
