This foreigner called my office and said I was under legal investigation with the FBI. To call them back before they filed charges. This is the second time they've tried this with me! They need to be STOPPED!!! This is a SCAM. 901-248-6245

I just received a call from a 901 number, the rest of the number did not show up on my phone. I was told (via robo) that my Mastercard debit card had been locked and was asked for the number. Sounded too fishy since no banking institution was identified so I hung up w/o disclosing any info.

Caller ID just said "Arlington TN", like that's gonna fool me into picking up! Of course they left no message.

On the national do not call List. Why do they keep calling. This company should be fined 100 million dollars, as each of the others who do the same. This crap would stop. Tired of the companies whom are the bottom feeders of the world for quick cash. "Scam a dollar" Is what should show on the ID caller.

what a hoot, this number came up in the automatic fill in as MY phone number when registering on an appliance website.  Since I never heard of it and wondered why that number was showing up, I googled it and got this page.  
How and why would this get into the automatic fill in areas on random websites. ?????

The company's name is mysuccesstrack.com (a.k.a. Consumer Credti Group). If you have paid either one of these company's a fee ranging from $595 to $1495 to lower your interest rates, you need to call your credit card company and have the charge removed because it is a fradulent company. They will not lower your rates. They will only send you a calander showing you how to get out of debt by making your payments. They have two phone numbers 888.707.7117 and 877.506.4908. The company owners are Dale Robinson and another scammer named Brett. You can find their address on www.bbb.org. Call your states attorney general and report them for the robo calls they send out. File a small claims lawsuit against them and you will definately win.

I have received dozens of these calls over the past several months as well, all with the same results, getting hung up on as soon as you say anything negative. I reported the numbers to the FCC based upon my number being on the Do Not Call list. Here is a snippet from their response:

So it seems that enough of us are getting these calls to warrant a MAJOR class action law suit. I am working on championing the suit and finding an attorney to file it. Now, I certainly understand that some of you may feel that this is a scam itself trying to collect email addresses? I assure you it is not, I am a victim as well and just want to punish the people making these calls. I have no interest in spamming your email, and I provided my own personal email in good faith. However, if you are worried about that, use a free disposable gmail address instead of your real one, and the only information I initially need is your first name, an email to contact you back, and your willingness to join on so I can show the atorney the size of the class for the suit.

I screen ALL my calls.  I answer no call directly.  VoiceMail takes ALL my calls.  I ALWAYS listen to message and call back later.  EVERY CALL...LAND OR CELLULAR.

These deadbeats use so many numbers that it is impossible to block them all. You block one number and the next day they call with a new one. It goes on and on. It is disgusting that nothing has been done.

Repeated calls from an unidentifiable number. Many people seem to have received the same call. Some said it is a scam. My number is listed as "Do not call" number.

I received a call from this number and when I tried calling back it said the number was no longer in service.  
I want to thank this site for the information about scamming and I will take all the wise advice and block the number out.
I am also contacting the proper authorities to report their activities.  SOMEONE needs to STOP these dishonest people from scamming innocent people.

Recevied a call from this number on my cell phone, which I just ignored.

Problem with the DNC is that's for companies operating within the law.  These guys obviously are not so they don't care if your on that list.  What's more infuriating is that there is no good way to block these calls, unless you want to pay the phone company more to block them (either cell or land line).

I don't want to chat about it unless there is someone that can stop it!  Anyone know who might?

they call despite me being on the dont call list repeatedly and it always shows different phone numbers which if called back are listed as disconnected. I'm wondering why is there a "dont call list if the  government seem unable to enforce and distribute the promised fines. These crooks dont have any fear of being found because no one tries. If you press 1 to talk to some one they hang up immediately when confronted. When I try to call back the recording says the number is disconnected. The atty general's office says we all need to call and write our representatives to get them to get a program going after these kind of people

I received a call on my cell early Sunday morning.  I think they said it was Credit Card Services.  I listened to the prompt and waited several minutes for someone to pick up.  I spoke to "Michael" and asked him to remove my number as I do not have credit card debt.  As soon as I asked to be removed he hung up on me.  Of course you try to call back and the number does not go thru.  Get a real job Michael!

Got call on my cell (on no call list). When I answered it was credit card "rep" wanting to cut my APR. Just hung up on them.

Blocking these numbers is useless. They will simply "spoof" another number. They have called me with no less than 30 different numbers. Each time it is a different number. I never answer and it is the same pre recorded message left about reducing a credit card rate. I tried blocking numbers until I figured out that it is useless. They call almost every day with different numbers. I have stopped wasting time on these scumbags and just don't answer or respond to these calls. I have put in countless complaints with the FTC and DNC about this number and others like it to no avail. Nothing is being done. If it were there would not be nuisance calls like these. I am done putting in complaints as they are just a waste of time.

I got a call from this number too on my cell on 6/22/11 and I have Sprint, not AT&T like some of you. I didn't answer the call but I always look up numbers I don't recognize so I can report to DNC list since I'm on it also.

Received the same pre-recoded message on my cell phone and provider is AT&T, so it does not appear related to the service provider. I did not listen to the entire message and do not care to talk to any stupid telemarketer company. I reported this phone number to FCC and Do Not Call Registry. All my numbers (home and cell) are registered with the DNCR, but calls keep coming in.I do not answer any call I do not recognize. Unfortunaly, I do not believe that these type of calls will ever stop and the perpetrators penalized. If fines would be applied to these people for how they conduct business, the government would find a good source of income to help lower our deficit. LOL
