They didn't even answer. frustrating

got this on my cell, 8/20/13. call back and is disconnected.

Called at 1952 and when I called it back it said Im sorry that number is not available!

Called me at 8:30 central time and asked is this Robert __ and then Hung up.  Tried calling it again and it keeps saying no one is available.

Calling said I won gifts for attending the circus back from earlier in the year.  Told her she would need to call me back.
