It's collections for the Hyatt.

It's Hyatt's accounting department, I'm working on a claim with them.

It's the accounting department of Hyatt Hotels.  I was dealing with them for a charge and its the same number they told me to call back on.

They called and said they put 30.00$ dollars on my bill!!!!!! 'Hi this is Hyatt (i think), we we just wanted to let you know about the 30.00 dollars from when you left a message'

What message?????

they are also sending letters out wanting a copy of a drivers license or ss card...makes me wonder if this is a scam.
plus the fax number is a completely different area code.
