A guy called me this morning from this number - and said he was following up on the survey I completed. I asked them what survey that would be.   He did not answer - but said it was regarding my interest in a job. I told him I did not complete a survey and was not looking for a job - and therefore was sure he was full of crap - and hung up.   I am on the Do Not Call list on all my phones.  Somehow that doesn't deter people like this.

I screen all my calls when it's not someone programmed into my cell. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, but that doesn't stop scammers. Legit people will leave a message, though some non-legit people will leave messages as well, but most don't, so I Google all incoming numbers I don't recognize.

I got a call from this number and no message, so I Googled it, and I'm so glad to have sites like these to check out number. It seems that the people who use this number try to scam you with the preface of stating that you completed an online survey or are looking for employment.

I'm recording this number for future reference. Thanks to those who left comments.

Got a call from this number at 3.19pm today.  Did not answer and they did not leave a message.  Have no idea how they got my cell number.

I'm just glad they called during the day, I would be VERY angry if they woke me-  what if you pretend you really are looking for a job and give them all kinds of bogus information?

They keep calling me and telling me I was contacted because I indicated on a survey that I needed employment. This is absolutely not true, so they have gotten my records probably illegally. Every time I call and ask to speak to a supervisor, they hang up.

They must have gotten this info illegally, so contact your attorney about a breech of privacy.

my girlfriend got a call at 9:52AM on Feb 27, 2013 - she said no one spoke when she answered - the line stayed connected for 53 seconds. annoying random caller.

got call on cell @ 3:45p...didn't answer...no message left.

my coworker and myself receive these calls with no message on our cell phone. neither of us have anything to do with this number

Employment agency?? Not really, a ROBO call. They called my cell phone, when answering they said "your recent job interest while on line". This phone is an emergency line where the number is only given to family or VERY close friends. The only way they would reach this number is with an auto random dial system that is illegal.
We are retired, have been for a number of years, and have no interest in seeking employment.

As others have posted, live person said the call was in response to a survey i had taken about looking for a job - not true.  Told him i was not looking for a job, have a career.  He said i just have to answer a few questions to see if i qualify for the free service.  I said no.  He connected a recorded message. i hung up.

They called me then my wife within 3 minutes, Totally different numbers on our phones. These weasels have personal info, BEWARE!

I received a call from this number today.  I didn't pick up, but just last night I did my taxes and I had to enter my phone number in addition to my employment.  I'm wondering if H&R block's site wasn't secure or if they managed to sell my information. I generally leave fake phone numbers when I have to enter my contact info, but since these were my taxes I ended up using my actual contact info.

Did anyone else use H&R block for their taxes?  Wondering if there's a pattern.

By putting your phone number in you are validating that a real person owns that number.  You are inviting more calls and who knows what.

Received a call on my cell phone.  Did not answer.  Did not fill out any survey or request for employment.  No voicemail left.

The number keeps calling my 9yr cells phone

Said that I left a message to look for a job placement told him never did  during the explanation he hung up

Man called at 9:32 am -was loud and rude--said checking my info left on survey for a job position. Survey was never done. Was very rude and would not be quiet so hung up.

Got a call about being interested in job opportunities.  Male voice.  There were long pauses between answers.  Eventually figured out it was a soundboard (someone just pushing buttons on a computer to give you the appropriate response to what you say).  Test it by listening really carefully to how the guy says a particular part and then ask them to repeat it.  The speech will be repeated exactly as you heard it before.

1 year old son was taking a nap & was awoken by this number calling my cell phone. Now I am in a irritated mood. I hope they would be wise to NOT call back because they will hear my mouth. These so called FAKE agencies need to get a real job. Why would I be interested in a career placement agency. I have a masters degree.

I just got a call from this # on my cell, but i didn't answer and no voicemail message was left.

He introduced himself and said he's from WN Positions. he said got my information when I filled out a survey and that I'm interested with employment opportunities. I told him I did not filled any survey. He started talking about education while working. So, I hang-up.

I also got a call from this number!  I did not but called them back and sure enough, it was a placement agency!  According to their instructions, I put my number preceded by 9 if I am not looking for a job and not interested in hearing from them again!

Just got a call as well.  Instant hangup when I picked up.  If they call back and answer I might mess with them =P

Just got a call from this number as well.  It is a phishing scam based on what you have all posted.  Do not answer.  You don't want them to know they actually got a real person.  I would suggest changing your voice mail to a standard greeting instead of a personalized one or they will keep calling.
