Called (206) 792-9399 and blasted off the young woman there she claims they cannot give me the contact information for the company that is dialing my number but, I can file a complaint with them and they will forward it to the client so no more calls are made. I spent 10 minutes going around in circles trying to get anything even a name from the company actually contacting me and was refused on all occasions , I was then transferred to a manager named Hugo who claims I must send a formal subpena to them to get any information regarding any specifics for this company. The good news here is we as  consumers now have a new chew toy to rip apart on the phone. Call (206) 792-9399 and lodge a formal complaint here, and if the mood strikes you, go to all the nice links above and file against the service provider as well through the state of oregon

called and just when I was about to answer, the call went to voicemail. did not leave a message. wtf, man?

Got a pre-recorded call, 3pm, Sept 1, 2010 from  Interest Rate Modification Department.  "Janey" spewed her blah blah, and said press 1 to start the process.  I pressed "1" and got disconnected.

Called this afternoon. I refuse to answer calls from people I don't know.  They of course did not leave a msg.

"Card Member Services" is what the girl said the company name was - when I told her I was on the DNC list - she said out loud sarcastically "Oh, I called another do not call number - I'm gonna lose my job" and then hung up....just say SCAM...Number showed Out of area on caller ID - next time they'll get the number for the White House

Something about a free tour if you give them your credit card info. It's a fraud.

I got a call from this number.  Called it back, and a recording said if I push '1' I will be removed from this list.  We'll see.

Caller hung up when my husband answered. Only information was PYH as the Caller ID.

I have no credit cards.  The recording said something about Obamas new credit card rules and press 1 to get started to lower my rate.   I hit 1 and the call disconnected.  It's too bad, I wanted to question them about how they got my info and what cards I had.

I pressed "1".  Politely asked to be removed from calling list, and the little pisher on the other end, hung up on me before I got half the sentence out.  I'd like to reach through the phone, and help her re-enact her birth through the phone line.  They are tricky...somehow, they're just robo-dialing, because I'm on the DNC list...recently updated.  Grrrr.

That, is because you are a complete idiot.  Yep...one more thing you think our President is doing.  Why do people of your ignorance and ilk, always politicize issues, when it's just not warranted?  These scams should be your concern, as they are likely finding victims even dumber than you, using key words to lend validity to their fraudulent activities.  Grow up.

PYH.  Credit card interest reduction.  Pressed 1.  When I asked the company name was told "credit card services".  When I asked where they were, operator hung up.

Called left no msg.  Caller ID said " PVH"

They just called me, PVH to lower credit card rates, but I have No Cards.. I was able to talk to someone, & they said they would not call back. But who knows!!  They called 4 other times & I had no luck getting anyone to talk to before.. I am crossing my fingers..

Caller ID showed this numer; no message! I am on the do not call list. "PHY" showed as co.

Scam. Don't give out your credit card #s to these people.They will not only lower your interest rate but lower your bank account.

Received a message saying "I am in a meeting"

Got a call tonight, same as the rest of you...I said hello and the call was dead.  I called back and it answered by stating "if you wish to be on the do not call list press 1"; I did and the call ended.  Any clues???

Starts the call with "Thanks to our new laws from President Obama"; this is National Credit Card Services under the caller I.D. name of PYH.  Yes, it's a scam for CC numbers.  Please make sure you folks are hitting donotcall.gov just as hard.

9/7/10  7pm  406-351-4183  Rang three times, hung up when my answering machine picked up.  Seriously, with caller ID do they really think people are going to answer.  Imagine they are only talking to those who do not have caller ID.

Call from this number with a caller id of Cellular Call.  But it was a recording about reducing your interest rate because the President says we have to.   I pushed 1 and talked to a person telling him to take my number off their caller as my number is on the do not call list.   Will see if it happens.
