Not to dis' other posters noble crusade to banish the unwanted phone call to whatever Hell from whence it came, but...
Tim's comment sounds familiar to me.  I changed my phone number that was on the National Do Not Call List to a new one that I didn't get on the NDNCL and the number and frequency of unwanted calls that I received from unknown parties went way, WAY down.  Coincidence?  Maybe.  The new number IS unlisted, but the "... that is where they received my number..." comment might explain my experience.

got a call from this number 10 minutes ago .. caller ID identifies it as being from NSI Group ... out of Montana.

Got a message from NSI Group out of Laurel MT.  Not able to return call and no message left.  How can this be stopped?

Calling the number back gives the option to have your name removed from the list.

This will NOT get your name removed from the list. Get real . Calling them back to tell them not to call any more reminds me of "click here to be removed from our mailing list" .....ONLY to be sent another e-mail stating that they won't send you any more e-mails.
This type of mentality only puts you at the top of the list for yet more calls.

Also a bill collection company for pay day loans.  They harrass you.  Misrepresent themselves and their abilities to collect... claim to be filing criminal charges against you, etc.

They call our line about twice a day.  Usually either a wireless security system or a debt bail-out.  Anytime I ask to be taken off the list or speak to a supervisor they just hang up.

I just got a call from this number.  My phone number is also already on the Do Not Call list!

406-530-5203 is a group of criminals trying to get people's personal information. They do not even have the guts to talk in person, everything is a recording.

Got a call from this number on my cell.  Called back got busy signal.

People, we need to fight back. Obviously these telemarketers do not understand what the FEDERAL DO NOT CALL list is or what it means.  We all need to start doing what I do with these scumbags, and you can have fun with it too. (this may not work for everyone, as I live and rent in an apartment building.

406-530-5203 called me telling me that I qualify for a Free Home security system, I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and install, guess what you should have seen the look on the installers face when he showed up and found out that the address I gave them was an apartment building.

I've had companies try to sell me new windows, roofing, and carpeting over the phone, the look on their faces when they show up to find an apartment is priceless.

If they are going to waste my time, I'll gladly take the time to waste their time and their cost of fuel and doing business.

I get one of these calls several times a week.  QUESTION: Is there not a single agency in operation that can put an end to this harrassment?

Calling number on Federal do-not-call list

Just called my number, when I picked up, they hung up. Annoying...

I would like for this number to stop calling my phone please.

National Debt relief for IRS.. I asked for their address and was asked why. Said to report you to the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. The individual stated that is where they received my number and hung up. I reported the # to the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST

I saw the ID, NSI Group, and phone number 406-530-5203.  I'm also on the DoNotCall list so I'm reporting it.

My caller ID says the name HSI Group.  They do have a profile when you Google them question is which HSI Group is calling me.

Good job, Disgusted Customer. Keep up the good work! If everyone was as vigilant as you, the world would be a better place!

Recorded message saying I won! Didn't say what, I just hung up. I had enough of this "YOU WON" BS.
I wish all calls had to be lagit or the calling party goes 2 jail! Of course mis-dials happen to, (their exemt) but they don't try to sell you anything.

Called my home phone while out.  No message left.  CALLER ID Said "NSI  GROUP" which is more than most of the TURDS do; most of them are number only, "Anonymous" or "Out of Area" or "Private".  Some even use a FAKE name and/or number.

BUT, I AM on the DNC list, and I DID already put in an official complaint.  I urge everyone else to sign up for this service (its FREE, provided by the Federal Government at www.donotcall.gov and, thirty (30) days after you register each and every number you have/would like to block from spam, you can register complaints against these SCUMBAG CALLERS -  EVERY TIME they make an illegal call like this.  BUT you can't officially complain if you haven't signed up; and you must register a complaint after EACH and EVERY one of these calls in order to make a difference for all of us.
