no answer just beeps and  rings

Phone rang at 12:20 p.m PDT. I answered on first ring. I heard a woman's voice (as if talking to someone else), a phone ringing on the line. No one replied to my "hello" and the call was quickly disconnected.

Phone rang at 12:22 p.m. and when I answered they immediately hung up.  No more calls so far.

Breathing on the line, not responsive, then they disconected.  I reported the call to the City of Kalispell's Police Dept.

RGH Enterprises shows on caller ID.  Just getting hang ups when answering.  We were getting calls like this from a Hilton Hotel timeshare in the past.

This company called me, I picked up, someone (male I think) was talking in the background, I said, "Hello" three or four times, then the person/computer system hung up on me. When I called the number back I let it ring the whole time I typed this message and there was no answer. Probably a scam. I will report it to the proper people (as soon as I figure out who those people are).

When I picked up phone went dead.  Tried to call back just rang and rang.

After much research, here's the scoop on this  number.  They are Rodney and Christine Halleck operating FUN TOURS at 445 S. Main in Kalispell, MT.  They also go under the name of RGH Enterprises, and as of yesterday Merch Partners.  They are crooks from what I can find out. They hire people to do telemarketing and don't pay them. They operate in Concord, CA, St. George, UT, Lake Havasu, AZ and recently Coeur d'Alene, ID areas.  I called and reported them to the phone company and the Kalispell Police Department. They can't do anything. I was referred to the Montana Consumer Protection Agency (1-800-481-6896) and they will be sending me a form to fill out.  Please call and request a form. This is not a legitimate company, but Kalispell Police think they are legit as they have no complaints on file.  So, call and file a complaint!  They call and sometimes do a talk about what you win, etc. and sometimes, breathe only, and sometimes  just hang up. They don't stop. I've been getting the calls for months. Same number, different name for caller ID.

I was gone when the call came at 8 am. I have family in Montana, so I called the number back and there was no answer. Then I googled it because it was a number that I didn't recognize and found this site. Hope they don't call back.

I used to recieve multiple calls from this number every day. For the past two months, however, it has just been randomly. Sometimes it sounds like there is someone on the other end, but they never answer when I say, "Hello?" They just hang up shortly after. I've tried to call them back, but nobody ever picks up the phone. It is so frustrating to me and I'm not sure how to keep them from calling. Someone please help!!!

Approx.30 minutes after my phone service had been connected to a new address I received a call from 406-756-3392.
I answered thinking the call would be in relation to the new connection.
"Hello - Hello " . No response so I hung up the receiver and noted the address of caller.
I will report this call to Verizon, our local provider, and any other department that has the interest or authority to cancel such abuse.

Same phone number. Sometimes they talk, sometimes just breathe.  Strange and annoying!  Call the Consumer Protection Agency and lets get these people shut down. The police and phone companies can't do anything, but the Montana Protection Agency can if they get enough complaints about them.

406-756-3392, coming from MT. This call continues to come in despite the hang-ups and interuptions. I can't get the phone company to do anything. I am on a no-contact list. They call at all hours. Can't anyone do anything to help here? I know it is a scam, but they continue to call and hang up.

I did not pick up - no message left.  Will be reporting them.

Received numerous calls from this number. I get soooo annoyed with callers like this. It is just another form of SPAM and just as unwelcome. Again today I asked to have my number removed from their calling list. I will say that the woman I spoke with was polite. I would not listen to the sales pitch but gathered from what little she managed to say that it had to do with two free round trip airline tickets. Blah, blah, blah!

Call from (406)756-3392. My daughter goes to school in MT so I answered the phone even though the caller ID showed the caller as "0089-006160". They hung up when I answered the phone.

Gettting lots of calls..  I had friends go and it really is rocky..  so, called my phone provider and they said to put in a complaint and it would go to the police..  I wonder who the phone company is..  they are a scam and someone should shut them down.. thanks.. It is some vacation package and if you do not go, I guess they play games..

4 to five calls per week. After looking at the info on this page, I called the CDA resort. They said that they knew about the scam but nothing is being done about it. Also call the Attorney Generals office said that they cannot do anything about it. Someone from the phone company needs to divulge the persons name.

Recieved multiple calls...finally answered and he offered me Coeurd'Alene Resort package for a dinner. A gas card asked me if I was married then if I lived alone. Said thanks for your time and hung up. I called it back and no answer. Kinda creepy
