DEBT STOP :: A fraudy firm that claims to  "wipe clean" your bad debt records for only $19.95! If this ain't an outright scam, then Obama's stimulus ain't one either!

Had been getting several calls from this number. Finally answered it. A woman claimed she was with the Siler Financial Group and could help lower my credit card interest. I asked about the process. She said they would need to call my bank to make sure I had one active account. Once that was validated she could start the process to lower my credit card interest rates. I told her before I gave any of my information I would need to do some research. She asked when she could call back. I started to say Monday, then I said, I guess you only work weekends. She said that was correct. I told her to call back next Saturday. I immediately began to research her company. It does not seem legitimate. It will be interesting to see if she calls back. I tried to call her number, but got some strange beeping or busy tone.

I get the same calls from IMS and was told the exact same thing. Does anyone know if we can block this caller?

this A** Ho*e calls and when I ask if I could take a message for the person to which he was calling this a** Ho*e hung up.  Will remember this A** Ho*e the next time

Calls all the time. No message.  Answered call today.  Lady from IMS about a credit card offer.  Said she wanted to talk about my current MasterCard and how she could get me a lower rate.  When I stopped her and told her that she needs to tell me who she is calling from and which of my credit cards she represents, she said "I don't have to tell you anything" and then hung up...

Company called saying we had been overcharged on our interest.  They would give us a better interest rate. I wasnt sure. They had my balance and everything except a few missing items.  Its a scam  I phoned my bank and cancelled my card.  BEWARE.. DO NOT GIVE THE CALLER ANY INFORMATION

If they call me 1 more time. They are going to be sorry. Thousands of dollars sorry.

Called told me I was riduclous for not listening when I asked for my number to be taken off call list.  Company comes up as IMS but can not find anything to file a complaint.

I get calls from this number all the time. Today I answered the phone and I could hear them hang up. They called back again an hour later and I let it go to the answering machine. Of course, they didn't leave a message.

These people call multiple times a day.  I was home today so I anwered.  They were trying to reduce my credit card rates.  According to them I had $22,000 in unsecured credit card debt reported on my credit report.  I said that was funny because I have no credit card debt and asked what cards they were inquiring about.  They stated then that they couldn't actually see the debt because that would cause a "ding" on my credit report.  I asked how she would know my information if she didn't actually access my credit report and she said it was public information.  I suspect she was trying to get me to give out personal or account information.  When I repeatedly asked for where she got the information and what credit cards she was inquiring about, she hung up on me.  I will be reporting to the authorities.  Be careful and NEVER give out any personal information.  You have to give permission for someone to look at your credit record.

The person that called me was very RUDE and hung up on me as soon as I started asking questions that she wasn't able to answer.  Her name was Stephanie Jones.  Is that you?

IMS calls every day.  I now have my fax answering the line.  Anybody legit I'll call back after screening the Caller ID.  Otherwise they can send me a fax.

They call almost every other day and ask for my mom.  I offer to take a message and they just hang up. ID on phone says IMS and I am on a no call list so I don't know who it is.

Recieved a call today....ID said IMS, they said Siler Finacial Group. Wanted to lower my credit card intrest. What am I stupid. I told them I would not give info, for fear of fraud or ID theft. They told me they have never heard of ID theft, it is never in the news, and doesnt happen....wow I must be stupid..lol. They said they make money from the credit companies after lowering my intrest...dont think so bub!

I refuse to be held hostage by any company, so I call them, had to wait a bit but I pulled the same stuff with them that trhey pull with others. I told them to take me off their list, when they refused I advised them that the call was being recorded, and that they needed to remove me from the list.  They once again refused, so I advised them that this tape would be forwarded to the authorities.  I did forward a copy of the conversation to my attorney who laughed and forwarded it on....I don't get any more calls, and they get to appear in court.  Stand up America, don't let these wimps bully you.

IMS calls every day, asking for my husband. I tell them that I'll take a message & they hang up instantly. Today, this chick asked if I was the Mrs., I asked who was calling. She asked if I was the Mrs., I asked who was calling. She said that she was with Silar and am I the Mrs., & I asked what this was reguarding. She again asked if I was the Mrs., I asked who it was that was calling because I didn't get the company name. She asked, in a very angry voice, if it was so difficult to answer her question & hung up. If this company WERE on the up & up, they definately would not act in that manner,. I would NEVER do business with this company, even if they DID save me loads of money,. Dance with the devil......

They call all the time and ask for my husband.  If I say he is not here or available and ask if I can help they simply rudely hang up.  Whatever they are selling, don't buy it!  Just shows up as Montana call on our caller id.  If they call and no one is home they don't leave a message.

This is a definite scam. I am not sure where these people get their information or if they simply make it up. They are extremely ignorant and very unprofessional. I cannot imagine anyone dumb enough to actually give them a valid credit card number! We reported them to our state attorney general and hope that is the end of it.

Got a call from Frank....total scam....when I called the jerk back and told him I was going to report him he said fine.

Continued calls from this company (multiple phone numbers).  My husband answered once & talked to him about debt that we don't have.  I don't answer any more.

The phone rings and there is no one on the other line and if I do not answer there is no message.  They call at least four times a day.  How can I get my number removed from their system?  When I try to call their number it never goes through and I get a recorded all circuits are busy recording.  This is highly frustrating and should be illegal.
