Hello two Months ago I had the same call and
They called again same bull s***. They are not
A Debt collector and please report them to the FCC.

The first thing is why a court Processor would
Call you and tell you wait there i have paper for you.

And the Police don't call you and tell you
Hey I'm on my way stay there !

How these people sleep at night is Beyond me.

I hope they are in the states and the FBI will
Get them sooner or later.

First off,  Kim,   I am inclined to believe you may be posting to add a fear factor to the scam.  It is often done on this site.     However,  on the  chance that I am wrong,  be advised of the following and advise your employer of the same.

Termination without cause is illegal.  Your employer has already opened itself up to a lawsuit by suspending you without legitimate cause.   If they do not pay you for the time suspended or terminate you permanently,  they are liable for a lawsuit in which they are going to lose.   This type of thing has happened twice in my city over the past year and was in the Newspaper.
The cheapest lawer in town will win your case,  hands down.   One lady was awarded  $750K from an Air Conditioning and heating Manufacturer for a similar situation and  a fast food employee was accused by another employee of spiting on a burger.   The manager fired him on the spot without any investigation.   The fired person contacted an attorney and the inhouse video tape was confiscated for review.  Both the attorney and the Manager agreed that the spitting never happened,  but was a lie by the other employee.   A settlement was made and the fired employee agreed accepted his job back.  (I wouldn't)
So here's the deal.  Either provide your employer with a copy of this Thread (omitting my post if you're not comfortable with it)  or get an attorney and get busy....

Kim--

Here is some additional information from the FTC'S website that will help to prove to your employer that you are being targeted by scam debt collectors and have done nothing to merit being suspended:

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

?is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
?refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
?asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
?exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

?Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.?Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

Print off this thread and give it to your employer.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

ABC News released an investigative report on this scam a year ago:
