I keep getting call from this number, both on my cell and home phone.
VERY ANNOYING!

Hey do not answer or converse with these people. They try to scam people into giving them their credit card information. They claim they can lower your interest rate to 6.9%. Please don't talk to them or anything as they are professional data miners and will try to use what you say to them or even what is on your answering machine message to steal from you.  I just ignore the calls. I am getting to the point that I might have to do some more investigating but not right now.

recorded call again about credit cards.  I pushed one to talk to the representative but when I asked for his name and company, he hung up.

my caller id named this caller as RESET. The voice message talked about lowering my interest rate and to press one while I was listening to the message to connect with an operator. I did not do that and am adding this number to my do not call registery.

Got a recorded message this afternoon about lowering my interest rate, despite the fact that my recording says, "We can't come to the phone right now.  If you are NOT a telephone solicitor, charity, or political caller, please leave a message after the tone."

I received this call today. It is a "credit card reduction plan" robocall aka 'press one call'.
These calls are illegal in the state of Minnesota, whether you are on the 'do not call' list or not.
Register a complaint with the FTC donotcall.gov if you get one of these. Let's take these scammers down!

Called and left a message promising to lower my interest rates. Scam.

Scummy company came up as "Reset" on my phone, whatever that means.  I sat through the recording to speak to someone.  When they came on the line and I mentioned the illegality of their call, they immediately hung up.  I called back and pressed a number, as requested, to have my phone number removed from their list, and immediately got hung-up on.  Called back and got a busy signal.  Absolute dirt-bags.

SECOND call from these scumbags in two days.  This time from a different number: 406-219-2354.  When is the Federal Government going to enforce the Do Not Call registry???

Phone ID says reset, recorded message to PRESS 1 etc. Credit card interest rates blah blah... if you call the number back (and are diligent about beating the busy signal), you get the following recorded  message "Thank you for calling back. If your not interested in our promotion and wish to be on our Do Not Call list press 1" - I did... we shall see.

Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

Received call on cell phone.  Did not answer.  ID showed Visa Assist.

Is anybody aware of spoofing telephone numbers?.  I am right in the middle of a person who is calling me and hanging up using someone elses number (like the one above) to cover up his number and harrass someone.  I caught him doing it as he used my number to send to a collection agency and the collection agency started calling me.  I called them back and they gave me the name of the person who did it.  From this person's stupidity I got lucky.

I have now filed a complaint against this person with the FCC. I have about 30 calls that I submitted to them with his name and address.

If some of you people don't know how spoofing works go to the internet and put in the word spoofing telephone numbers and you will get all the information.

All these calls could be prank calls and you will never know unless you have the good fortune that I had.

Is there any way to get this calling number blocked?

Received call today from them with message same as everyone else here. My Caller ID just showed this caller as being a Montana call, nothing more. There was just an article about his type of nuisance calling on paper and they try to get you to stay on long enough to get a charge paid to them and then you go onto a auto redial list. do not answer this call when you get it.

Robo call for credit card account.  stayed on the line white/male said one word then call was disconnected.  called back got recording if you want the number removed press 1.  i wish these people would quit calling.

The recorded call is for lowering cc rates. When I pressed 1 a woman answered the phone.  I asked why I was being called, and she hung up

I just received a call from this number (I have received calls from them before). The recording tells me that time is running out to save money on my credit card interest rate (I don't use credit cards). There is a sense of urgency the recording tries to portrait. According to the recording, if you press "2" you will not receive these calls any longer. It hasn't worked in the past so I pressed "1" to speak with a live person. The first words out of the operators mouth were, "Are you calling to lower your interest rate." I started to tell them to stop calling me and she immediately hung up. I'm on the do-not-call list. This is very annoying. The company doesn't leave the name of the company but the caller i-d shows this number. I want to find where these people are and go punch them out!

Just got a call from this number.  It's a recorded message about lowering credit card interest rate.  It does give an option to speak to a live person but I just hung up.  Stupid me fell for a scam like this once before but hurried and called my credit card company afterward and they changed my number and nothing ever came of it.  But I will never fall for it again and hope you won't either!!!  These things seem to come in waves, and this must be the current wave for this one.  Be aware!!!

Called and the recording left a message "it is urgent that you call us regarding your elegibility to reduce your interest rates...."   Seems like there ought to be a way to stop all this nonsense.

Clearly a scam, report all calls like this to your local police and get an incident report # from them.
We need to eradicate organizations like this that prey on the elderly and mentally challenged.

This number is being "spoofed" by Complete Credit Solutions, a Debt Collector from Texas, attempting to gather information to create an account with someone.

HARASSING OUT OF STATE NUMBER

This number has called here several times. I don't answer ANY calls that I don't recognize, so the phone just rings and rings and rings. I just now got another call from them. I don't have voice mail anymore so they are unable to leave [or not leave] a message. The average number of rings each time this number calls is 12-15. I, also, am on the "DO NOT CALL" registry and am getting extremely irritated with this number calling me all the time. The name on the caller ID says "Reset" ...
