I got the EXACT same call and when I insisted he give me a number, he gave me the number listed above. He said he was from UPS. He said I won $1.5 in CASH, and he needed $250 to ship it. I said "if it's cash, why don't you take the $250 out of it, and give yourself a nice tip while you're at it?" Obviously he didn't like that response, so he persisted in saying it wasn't a scam. Nevertheless, we all know it was.

As you probably already figured out it is a SCAM.  The call came from Jamaica and all they want is to get as much money from you as they can.  There is no prize. You have to wonder why anyone would believe FedEx is calling from Jamaica.

Telling me they are representatives from fed ex telling me that I have won 1.5 million dollars but that they need some delivery fee paid by credit card. The set a time on Monday to come over. I told them when they get here I would give them a check to pay for the delivery. They said no checks. I said ok I will give you credit card information when you get here on monday. The guy didn't know what to say... so he said ok sounds good and now within ten minutes I have had two calls from that same number but didn't answer either of them.
