Robocall from "Rachel" calls repeatedly.  When I speak to a person and ask to be taken off the call list he tells me to wait on the line and then vanishes.

automated call about lowering interest rate on my credit card. Did NOT name the card! Asked to press "9" for last chance offer. Hung up!

i got another four  calls today from Cardholder Services, I get about a dozen per week! Some say to press two to be removed, but when I do, the line just disconnects. Sometimes I pretend to be interested, just ot hopefully get a real person who will do something to actually take my number off their list.
Today I got through to some guy. I asked to be removed from their caller list. He just hung up. Two minutes later, I got another call!! I notice that these calls are all over the place in many different states and as far back as 2007.
Why hasn't anything been done by the FCC, state Attorney Generals, or other authorities!!!!!???????

Called me today, was a recorded message, I pressed 9 someone came on the phone said they could lower my interest rate on all my cards.  Sounded too good to be true, they asked me to verify my name, I would not, they asked for one of my credit card numbers I refused told them too many scams were going around, person tried to convince me she was legit, I said I was not too sure, she told me to disregard the call I asked to be removed from the list.  I was on a do not call list, but I guess they do not care who they call.

A lot of people do not realize that it does not matter if you are on the do not call list.If you have a credit card, loan applied for information online such as refinance etc. you give the company to do business with you and for any of the associate companies as well which can be up to hundreds. this is how they get around the DNC list.

"Rachel" called, leaving instructions to push #9 to talk about lowering the card interest rate. Hung up.

I got Rachel's message today. After I got the earlier call saying it was my 'last chance.' I should be so lucky. I agree. How do we find these people and make them listen to telemarketer messages for hours on end. That would be too good for them.

I reported them to the Federal trade commision. Called At&T they told me there was nothing they could do cause they don't know who it's from. Bunch of crap! I also reported it to my phone company.

I received the same call and have excellent credit, but he asked me a bunch of questions I would only say maybe to and asked which company he worked for, and he said any credit cards that have the Visa/MC logo. I asked for the 1-800 number so I could call them and confirm this information and Wayne said, oh come now.  I said take me off your call list, and he hung up.
Be cautious about giving these people your CC numbers.

got the call today from Rachel at Cardholder Services, 1-407-000-2222. I pressed 9 (with the hope of getting to yell at someone), got connected to a woman on a very noisy phone line. Told her I was on the do not call registry, and she said something unintelligible and then have a nice day. I reported them to the FTC. Would love to know who they are!

lower you credit card rate,auto call, then if you ask a lot of questions,they hang up.

CONSTANTLY getting calls from these people....once I got a number that allows you to call back...cuz was on my answering machine. I kept calling over and over telling them to take me off their list...each time they say, "ok" then hang up without taking my phone number or info to remove. I am on do not call list too!

Today I get a call, from 1-407-000-2222 and pressed 9, said I want my num ber removed from the list and they said once again...."ok" and hung up! UGH!!!!!!

Same thing, received a recorded message from "Rachel" about lowering my interest rate, pressed 9, got somebody that identified themselves as Card Services. WHen I asked what bank they were they hung up fast

Caller said he wanted to lower the interest rate on my credit card.

They call me constantly, and when I ask who they are they hang up on me.

This number called me with the usual spiel about lower credit card rates, I pressed 9 to talk to a rep and I asked him to take me off the phone solicitation list. "Well don't press the button, dopey" was his reply. Nice.

Automated call received saying press "9" to speak to a representative about lowering credit card interst rates. Since I am on the no-call list, I pressed 9 to complain, person simply hung up before I could get the name of the company.

I Have 3 different numbers.  At the exact time this number called all three of my phones- home, home office, and cell.  I don't have any credit problems or outstanding credit card debt at all so this caller is BOGUS!

automated call from this number to "lower my interest rate on my credit card - press 9".  So I pressed 9, and asked the guy why he was calling me, when my home # is on the do not call list.  He hung up.  
Who do we report these guys to?
