Robo call to our home landline, which is on the DNC list.  Says they will work with your credit card company to lower your rates.  I pressed '9' to get to an agent ["Lisa"].  She's the one that told me the name of the company as "OneSource".  I told her I was on the no-call list.  She said she'd remove me.  I asked for their address and she hung up on me.  Obviously some sort of credit card repair scammer company.

No message. Nothing!!!

I got this, I hung up. Told my dad about this. I wish I could scam the scammers.

I just applied for a CareCredit Card on-line for use with my veterinarian.  Within a very short time, I received a call from this number.  I didn't answer it and as such can't tell you any more about this caller.

Cardholder Services made a terroristic threat this afternoon.

I have been harassed repeatedly by Cardholder Services in violation of Do Not Call. Today, I read the woman at the other end off (but no threats other than reporting them to law enforcement and for violating Do Not Call) in the hope that they might stop. A few minutes later, a man called me back and began to read me off for abusing "his girl." I told him that, as they were making harassing phone calls I would speak to her and to him in any manner I chose. At some point in this heated exchange, he said, "I am going to send somebody to your house to kill you." I replied, "You have just committed a felony," at which point he hung up.

I got the call from Rachael st cardholder services.  I opted in and spoke to a live rep,  I spoke of my fear that this was a scam and the rep gave me a callback number of 877-debtok2 and identified the org as cardholder services website http://dhcfinancial.com/ . I have filed a complaint with the FCC

On March 26, 2009, I get this phone call from this number which I don't recognized & i'm waiting like all the rest for them to hang up after 3 rings, they rang this phone for 35 TIMES. J.H.C. . . I guess the people behind these calls have no clue as to what is going on in REAL LIFE or just don't HAVE ONE OR live in their own little FANTASY WORLD that it's okay to ring people who are on a DO NOT CALL LIST. I have a 2 months worth of phone calls from these numbers call my home (it's gotten much worse now then before) 7-8 times a day starting at 9am cdt and stopping around 8:47pm cdt.

I got a call from Rachel calling from 14070007777 on both my telephone lines within 2 minutes.  Clearly a scam... The recording said they were calling because they wanted to help me lower my credit card rates....

Same as everyone else reported -- Robot "Rachel" offering lower credit card interest rates.... when I pressed 9 to speak with someone they said it was not set up to take calls.  There was some mention of "Brighthouse networks"....

Have called for months twice a week at least.. Today I pressed "1" to speak to a rep regarding "credit card services"... and Melissa with a happy happy voice answered with "are you calling about the credit card offer"? to which I replied "I am calling to find out how to get you to stop calling me everyday".... and she immediately hung up.... Nice... how do we get this to stop?

Same as everyone else, received a call on home number from 4070007777, message was just a lot of clicking and then hang up.  This is most likely a scam.

Rachel called at 5:27pm, about my credit card account, I said no thanks immediately, hung up, didn't ralized it was a machine. How annoying.

"Unknown Name" per caller ID, let it go to the answering machine -- it didn't cut out halfway through the message as usual -- but when the message ended, the "caller" hung up.  "000" is not a valid exchange, this is a spoofed number.  I love the idea of giving them the local FBI office phone number as a "bank" number, as well as spoofing these fools with a bogus name and credit card number.  Daniel White, I'm waiting for your call.

I stayed on the line and spoke with "Daniel White" for 12 minutes.

'Gave him a fictitious name and fictitious VISA card number.  (He helped me make it up since he told me that the number that I gave had an error and VISA cards needed to start with "4").  

I gave him the "Bank" telephone number and gave him permission to call.  He didn't recognize the number that I gave him for my "Bank".

The Portland office of the FBI should have a call from them at 14:26 (2:16 pm), 17-MAR-2009, since I gave "Daniel" the number of the Portland FBI office (503-224-4181) as my "Bank" telephone number.  My recording of the entire call (pre-recorded message that went to a personal conversation) commenced at 14:15 PDT and it was almost exactly 11 minutes into the call when "Daniel" called my "Bank" (the FBI-Portland number: 503-224-4181) to "verify" my credit card.

Additionally, "Daniel White's" pinched, nasal, voice matches the voice unsolicited telemarketer call from "LocalListing.com" that I received on 9-MAR-2009 at 1125 PDT.  Both calls are recorded and voices match.

After 5-MAR-2009 1121 a.m. request, the same "407-000-7777" number called me at 9-MAR-2009, 1125 a.m. to try to sell me a listing with "locallisting.com" and the pinched nasal voice in the recording of that call matches exactly/very-closely with the pinched nasal voice of the 12-minute recording that I have of today's call "407-000-7777" from "Rachel of Cardholder Services" which was handled by "Daniel White".  Daniel White features in the twelve-minute recording and it was 11 minutes into the call (1426, Pac. Daylight Time) when he called the number that I gave him (FBI-Portland 503-224-4181).  I told him that was my "bank" number for him to "verify" my account.  I gave Daniel the fictitious name of Frederick Samuelson and a fictitious VISA card number of 4738-2085-9506-8497  in order to try to obtain as much information and protect myself from this scum-bag.

Hopefully the FCC will get a valid Caller-ID from the FBI's incoming call records.

Female voice from "Card Services" stated it was my last chance for a lower interest rate. Press 9 and you will be connected. Pressed 9 and it rang for about 9 rings. Male voice answered Card Services. When I told him this was suspicious he hung up. Dialed *69 and got 407-000-7777 as the last incoming call.

Lady offered me an interest rate of 6.00% for all the credit cards I own, as long as I had a balance of 3000 or more. She then said she needed one credit card account number to verify an account in good standing. I asked-How do I know that Credit Card Services is a valid company? Her reply was, Credit Card Services is a contracted company by Visa and MasterCard to offer these incredible rates. My reply was - With such an incredible offer, please send me the information so i may review it at my leizure. She disconnected the call at that time.

I just got a call from them and when I said is this my credit card company they hung up.  I am on the do not call list but obviously that does nothing.  They did not get any info thank God.

03/11/09; 7:20 PM  A bright and chirpy female voice from "your card service" stated that my  credit card is not in trouble at the moment, but that I should press "9" to learn how I can lower my credit rates. I did so with intention to question the answering party and to tell them that I am on the enforced PA No Calls List. Approximately 1/2 sentence in, a male voice said to hold. After several seconds of "elevator music" the call was disconnected.  I redialed the # (perhaps that goes into the BAD IDEA Category!) to see if I could get an answer with company name. I reached a taped message stating that this number is disconnected. Clever enough to qualify them for a chat with a D.A., yes?

Geez, I feel dumb, I meant desperate.

Our business gets calls from this number but they are automatically screened out as a "nuisance call" so they can't get through to us.  It must be a computer or someone pretty dumb to keep calling a number that will never be answered when they call.  Desparate people do desparate things, what we need to do is find THEIR numbers and everyone call them all day and bother them.

They called March 5. I have caller ID and don't answer calls if I don't know who it is.  Today I called and, when I got to the 000 part of their phone number, I got the message: "Your call cannot be completed as dialed."

Getting calls from "Rachel". I hit 9 to speak to a csr and when I ask to be removed from their list they hang up on me!

Got the wakeup call from "Rachel",listen to the same --yeda-yeda-yeda.Hell I thought I was the only one getting these calls!!! You would think the Phone companies would try to find out where their phones banks are and stop them.Why?? I bet you a trip to "Cancun", they don't pay their phone bill!!!!!

Got a call from them, did not recognize number, no name did not answer. They left no message. Called back and recording said I did not have enough numbers to complete call and to hit O for further assitance, so I hung up.
