Caller wanted to reduce my credit card rate to 6.5%. Asked for my credit card numbers for all lines of credit, name et al. I declined to provide the information. He then shouted obscenities, so I hung up.

Got a call, Ignored it, no message.  I can only assume telemarketer.  How do you stop these call if you're already on the No-Call list?

Got a call from this number on my cell phone (a number I never give out) regarding my credit card and I needed to call them to get a lower interest rate.  Well, I do not have any credit cards so I am not sure how they are getting number to call????
