It's those crooks from Card Services. What's it gonna take to put these bums out of business? They spoof caller ID to flagrantly flout the do not call list while peddling their BS credit card interest reduction. How can the phone drones working there not know they work for crooks? Here's how: Some are naive and/or stupid and the rest don't care because they're decietful petty little crooks themselves.

Caller ID shows as "NAME NOT FOUND". Picked up and heard recording from "card services" offering to lower my interest rate, supposedly this is my "last notice". I just hung up and hope they don't call again.

Called but left no message. Just a blank span of 10 seconds on the voicemail. Obviously an auto-dialer system for telemarketers. I am also on the Do Not Call List.
