Yes, I had a brighthouse problem using my OOMA telephone with my Brighthouse RR Service. Their sysyem probably called to verify that I phone was working. Not bad, I appreciate their help and followup.

It's also used when you report an outage of service and ask them to call you back when the outage is resolved. So, not always a bad thing.

It's Brighthouse...calling for some promotion. Pick up when they call and have them remove you from their calling list.

I got a call from the same number. No voicemail was left. I called it back and it said it was a "non-working number from Brighthouse networks".
