It was hard so far in contaacting a real person. At this point I am so scared bout our trip. My daughter and I was looking for this great vacation. I am praying that this is not just a bust or scam where my money is in limbo. I told them a few times that i was going to call the feds and she just laughed it off. At this time I have no reservaions and money that's missing. I can say this was a well bought lesson. The flier was at our work site which is a state of mi buiding. Imagine that!!

These jerks got me for $796 for a 6 day 5 night vacation to Mexico. I paid on March 12, 2008. I couldnt take the trip that summer so wanted to take it this summer. Yeay right all of their numbers are disconnected and no phone numbers on the web....nothing. I cant even get ahold of them through the fax listed on my "vacation package".

I wish I did my research as diligently as I am doing so right now. They got me for $798. Last week they told me they would be submitting my reservation after me tryignt o reach them for a week. They don't answer phone calls until twenty to thirty minutes into the call. I sent them an email thinking that it woudl be easier to change my reservation that way adn still have not recieved confirmation of the reervation. They originally told me the reservation will take 7- 10 business days to receive the voucher we will see if the voucher comes in the mail. If it does I bet they will have the wrong reservation dates. Now I have been calling and there is a busy tone, the other numbers for this company has been disconnected. I bought this trip almost a year ago as a birth day gift to myself however I wasn't able to go last year, in order to avoid "losing" my money I had been tryingt o book this vacation. Now I don't know if there is a vacationa dn I might have lost my money anyway, not to mention i did pay with my debit visa card. I wish I had my american express on me when I amde the reservation I wouldn't have lost my money. I can only try to be hopeful adn persistent and see if I can get the trip over time. I would rather take a trip than no trip adn lose my money completely. Like F white did. The hotel that i booked for is supposedly really nice 4 stars, semi bland but its better than the otehr resorts they have on file. I'm being hopeful I will get back to let you know if i get through to someone and get to go on the trip. I will never trust a fax thorugh my jobs, HR again.

This booking has been a nightmare. If you're interested in this saga, I would be happy to give you my details, with notes and dates. If I can sue this place, I will. In the end, I believe my booking is for March the 15th, but STILL can't buy tickets because no one returns my calls and I don't know whether to buy tickets to Cancun or Puerto Vallarta!!! I am filing a complaint with the Florida Agriculture Commission, who I understand is the agency in charge of travel agent licensing. I will go from there. I would encourage everyone who has posted their experience here to do the same.

Wondering if you made the trip - just got back - friend of mine made the reservations and had a heck of a time getting IRR to follow-through.  She persisted and threatened with legal action.  Hotel wasn't the greatest - overall resort was OK.  Mandatory 90 minute last 3 hours and we were told that we could not attend the mandatory presentation without taking our passports and a credit card with us.  When sales presenters realized that we were not going to "buy" into the timeshare - we were treated rudely and told leave the so-called Sales Center.  Also, were offered a drink when - not a drink that we ordered - and the presenter seemed quite offended when we refused to drink the "non-alcoholic" drink.  Wonder what was in the drink.

I got scammed as well, they got $650 out of me.  But this has taught me a valuable lesson.......Research before you buy anything!  I know of a couple of class action suits going on that I am going to add my name to the list of.  Sorry that happened to you as well. It's a SAD thing.

Yea, I just realized I got scammed by this company as well.  I know that their is sometime of civil suit going on from another website I ran across.  This is really sad, but it has taught me a valuable lesson.  And that is to research anything before you purchase it.  And I mean anything!  Even those infomercials (sp) call in the next 10 mins and you will receive BIG discounts....DON'T DO IT.  I'm sorry this has happened to you as well. They got $650.00 from me.

Mexicocheaptickets.com; I.R.R; vacation INC...whatever else company these people go by is a SCAM. Unfortunetly many of us at my work received this offer through the fax and fell for it. We were promised a no expiration to this package due to the status of being Active Duty Military. I have attempted to call many times as I am planning to go on trip which I thougth was legit. We were promised any location of our choice (las Vegas, Orlando, Cabo, Cancun etc...all we had to do was book reservation 45 days in advanced. I called to recently make my reservation and waited over 50 minutes on the phone to get a hold of someone. When you finally do reach a rep, they hang up on you. When I call back I wait another 50 min, finally reach someone ask for the manager...place me on hold, then hang up. Their advertisement is false and their business is a total scam. Be aware and do not fall for this company. Save your money and pay the extra cash to have something legit. The stress is not worth it!!

Hello, I am completely in the same boat. I have been trying to get in contact w/ someone and every single time I request for a manager, they hang up on me. This is ridicoulous and I totally feel your stress. I have filed a complaint agaisnt them w/ the BBB in Orlando. If ever a settlement is reached, hopefully you will get your money back. Try going to your local News Station to see if they can help you as well. Also, see if there is anything your credit card company can do if you purchased it through them. Don't worry your not alone if it's any consolation. These people will eventually get what's coming. Hopefully justice will serve them right.

I received a notice in November 2007 for a 6 Day All-Inclusive for only $314.00. I made a reservation spoke to Emma Davis ext 1038. She instructed me that the 6 day all-inclusive package was for Grand Baya, or Presidential Continental in Cabo San Lucas. I received a receipt of confirmation charging my credit card $598.00 with a $20.00 service charge totaling $618.00 which was immediately removed from my account.  On 2/14/08 $198.00 dollars was cashed from my checking account for a reservation for March 17-22, 2008 that you have failed to honor. I have spoke to several of your staff without success in getting a reservation per your contract. You have failed to even return my calls. I have requested to speak to the owner of the department and again no response. To date I have not received a confirmed packaged vacation as promised per contract and you have taken a total of $816.00 dollars from my account I do not have a reservation and I have called several times and left several messages.

IRR IS A TOTAL SCAM They have been sued by every office of the Attorney General in every state. They have TONS OF COMPLAINTS against them thru the BBB. The FCC has filed suit against them as well. I read about your fax scam experience and the similar thing happened to me. I was wondering if they emailed you a recipt and told you to sign it? They did it to me and I did NOT sign it and I am not 21. No one told me I had to be 21. I was actuall only 17 at the time of purchase. Is it illegal for them to charge my card without my signature? and have you had any luck getting a refund? if so please help me out. Thank you very much for your time.

I purchased a $600 trip from IRR Travel Inc. about ten months ago and they have been contacting me for more money. I have been doing a lot of research on them recently (research I should have done before even considering the company) and relize the company is a complete scam. I am extremtly stressed about the situation I am in. I was wondering if anyone was actually able to get a refund back from this company and if so HOW? Someone please help me figure out how to get my money back. I do not want to go to the extreme and sue and do not want anything extra back, just the money I already paid. I am just upset and do not have a clue as to where to begin. I have called the company numerous times in the past week and keep getting put on hold for twenty mintues at a time and hung up on. Everytime I ask to speak to a manager, I get hung up on. I have called twice in the past two days and have not been able to speak to anyone, the phone just rings and rings. PLEASE HELP.

I am currently disputing the charges with my CC.  But for the record...the "Evening Manager" Orlando Rivera is complete scum! His attitude
was belligerent, condescending and downright NASTY.  I am not surprised this company has a $1 million law suite against them from the FCC, not to mention countless others.  They are now also known under the name Cancun Reservation Center.  I guess that makes 23 names they work under!!

I too bought this vacation after receiving a fax at my work and am trying to book a trip for June. Was told there was NOTHING available until November except this resort called "Ocean Club" that doesn't look like the 3-4 star resorts on the website. Reviews on this resort were not too promising. I asked to book next available opening in November at our choice resort and was told we could not book more than 6 months out. Sounds funny,they are totally booked for October at EVERY resort but the Ocean Club and yet we are only 4 days within the six month booking period. You tell me they booked every resort in four days!! Bad thing is we paid for the vacation with our debit visa card. These scams need to be stopped. Is there anything I can do or is it just kiss the $700.00 good-bye?

Booked through yourcancunvacation.com. STAY AWAY!!!!!! The fax came through my work and was posted by a local receptionist, so we tried them thinking our company must have knew of them. Were given the website to go on and pick our resort. They wanted like three months in advance. And even with that there was NOTHING available. The only ones left had horrible reviews on line. When we did finally find one in Cozumel, it took forever to get through all the additional charges (i.e. peak season, and taxes). Shortly after booking our non-refundable airfare, the resort sent us a confirmation email to confirm all of our information. We were all in the 26 year old age range. The email had us one of us at 34. Turns out the resort requires someone to sit at a presentation and they have to be a certain age to watch. So when I responded, telling the resort our true ages, they cancelled our reservation. My representitive at Yourcancunvacations (Remy) told us she would start working on a refund. It's been two months and still nothing. Numerous calls to managers have come up up empty, and I fear we waited too long for our credit card to be able to do anything. Don't take a chance. We usually book through AppleVacations and have had wonderful luck. We should have known that $299 a person was too good to be true. Pay the xtra money and you won't be disappointed.

hey, so me and my friends tried to book through this company. it's a headache, they make you call back numerous times, never return calls. basically they made all these promises, charge immediately, and nothing ever came out of it. the rep has no email address, the website was discontinued and they re-routed me to another website. looking up IRR and cancunbestfares shows that this is a scam organization. i would highly recommend canceling via credit card ASAP.

When I tried to pull up the website I was given the next day, I was re-routed to a "rip off" website, but when I telephoned the company, I did speak with the same rep who said they were redoing the website and gave me another website.  It did not have much of the resort information on the site, and when I called, I was told it would take several days.     I already gave them credit card information.  I did get the package in the mailk delivered DHL Express as they stated.  Can I expect them to follow through with the vacation plans?
