I got the call with the silent treatment today too on my answering gizmo.  Caller ID shows as SSI.  I am next sending a complaint to donotcall.gov as the number called is on their list.

Got a call from Pamela Sanchez from (407) 326-6163 at 5:57pm May 12 2014.  She went into my voicemail, thought it was a live call, and introduced herself.  Said she was not 'selling'.  Asked for me by full name, not the name listed in the phone directory so she was working off some other source.  When she got no response, she asked if anyone was on the line, then hung up. With no further message. I could hear other reps on other calls in the background.  I don't think she ever realized she was leaving a message.  I get calls from this number often over the last couple months, no message, or survey. I have given instruction to remove me from calling lists and would never trust them to answer survey questions.  Usually calls in evening, with latest call received at 9:31pm!

2nd call from SSI. Block both 407-392-1242 & 407-326-6163. This is some fake survey to data mine our person info.

407-326-6163 called May 7, 2014 at 7:29pm.  Caller ID = SSI.  No Message.

Same here. Caller ID said Oviedo,  Florida.  Left no message.
