Go to your bank and either close your account(1st choice), or put a stop payment on their company (qxlonline). This is an illegal lender that the BBB has been trying to pinpoint a location on and has had no luck in doing so.  The mail that the BBB has sent to their "known addresses" in Virginia and Pakistan has been sent back due to address unknown. Furthermore, they have an "F" rating with the BBB.  If you accept a loan thru them, you will pay double they principle, as they will debit an amount (ie: $79 for me) twice every pay period.  You will reach an automated message telling you to call back during business hours (even if it is during business hours); that is, if you don't get a message saying that the number has been disconnected or changed or is not a working number.  STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They have caused so much headache.

This company took my information and then when I asked some questions, the representative hung up on me.  They still have my info.

If the Federal Government is aware of these illegal activities, why have they allowed them to continue in  business.

They are a scam company! They doubletalk and get all the information they need from you then when you log in the next day or call the only number given to you, they deny that I have an account with them or say your information verification is incorrect. I'm having them investigated.

I tried this phone number and did not get through successfully.  You should give out a valid No# so customers do not get upset.  Only good business if you want any referrals. to increase business.  TheBBB might be concerned about your practices.

Thank you,
Michael

Prank Call
It's shocking that people would actually give their info out on an unsolicited call about money.  Seriously!?

We got a call too--it was a scam.  Use your head, people!

I got a $200.00 loan from QXL they kept taken $ 76.00 from my account.
So I made sure the money was not in my account the next pay period
now they are telling me to go on line if I can't make a payment and ask
for a extention. There is not a place for that and I told them that. now my account
has 3 for 4 insufficiant funds $35.00 each time that I have to pay.

I applied for an online loan and got like 16 calls from these people.  They are QXLOnline.com, which is a total scam.  The messages were the same pre-recorded message telling me to go to their website, in varying stages of play.  After searching the web a little, I learned they were a scam so I answered when they called the 17th time, and I played with the agent a little before asking him to remove me from his calling list and telling him I would not be completing the application.  I tried calling their "24/7" customer line only to be put on hold for 5 minutes "for a customer service representative" and then transferred to a voicemail.  I didn't leave a message.  I went to the website (while the 18th-22nd calls went to voicemail) and the "security" portion of the quiz asked me what city I lived in while listing 16 towns I have never heard of, much less lived in.  They want you to select the one that applies to you, that you entered in the previous application process.  Obviously they didn't have my TOWN right, so they don't need to have any more information.  I finished the online "pre-approval" process by telling it I was Active Duty military and hit submit.  THAT stopped the calls REAL fast.

They have called our company looking for one of our co-workers 15 time in a 7 minute span.  They were told many time to stop calling and yet continued to call.  We are trying to conduct business and it's hard when they ignore your request!

They just called here 4 times in 5 minutes. Every time they were instucted that the person they are trying to contact was not here.  I asked to speak to a supervisor the last time they called and was hung up on.

OMG-
This number just called out office 6 times in the last 5 mins. They keep asking for one of our field employees...
I was able to get some info from the 3rd person who called. This place is a call center in India (shocker) and they are calling on behalf of QXOonline.com
They are in India but they call through a US carrier and the caller ID says Orlando, FL.

I am so beyond sick of companies outsourcing to India. They cannot speak proper English and there is such a huge delay in the connection that it takes like 30 seconds for them to answer a question.

This company has called 6 times in a row in 5 minutes!!!!  They are looking for a field employee that is NOT in the office.  Oh they just called AGAIN!!!!! Make that 7 times now. They are very disruptive to a business office when you tell them over and over and over again the person they are looking for is NOT in the office.  I have work to do...not deal with other peoples credit issues...with a company that calls 7 times in 5 minutes.
