Got a call and wasn't able to get to the phone on time to answer.  Left no message.  Tried to call the number back and got a message sayingr,"Hang on, your call is important to us.  Will connect you to a representative."  Was put on hold and then disconnected.  Stupid way to conduct business, I say.  Hate to do business with anyone that uses these kinds of services.
