These people claim that they are from an energy company and will have reps in your area to offer you a free energy savings assessment.  This assessment will show you measures that you can take that won't cost you any money, and save you money on your electric bill.  HOWEVER, if you agree to let a rep come out, they will turn you over to an appointment operator who will hard sell you on committing to having both you and your spouse, at the home, at the same time.  This means they, at some point, are going to try to sell you something.  In this case it is SOLAR ENERGY PANELS.  It does not matter that you may already be on the "DO NOT CALL" list.  They are fearless.  If you can get a name of the company and a return phone number, let me know on this post.  I will file with the Florida Atty. These are the same people that have been trying to get you to buy Solar Energy Panels from the numbers of 321-663-5669, 407-359-7128, 954-851-0600, 407-412-8875, 407-438-5064, and 407-644-4158. Disguised as a "free energy assessment", these people will try to set an appointment with you to discuss energy savings that may be obtained in your home.  The catch,...they need both you and your spouse together for this appointment.  It does not matter if you are already on the Do Not Call list.  They will call you anyhow.  I have made 3 appointments to try and get some more information as to who I should I should sue, but these hacks never seem to show up.  If you ask for the location of the business or the call center they refuse to give it out "for security reasons".  However, we now know where these people are currently located. Solar/Equip Technologies LLC, solar, 151 Wymore Road, Suite 6888, Altamonte Springs, 32714.  You can also call recruiter Jay Morris @ 407-860-1008.  If you still have some venom left you can call the finance department, Denise Davis 407-668-2484 or Clarence Ayler 407-865-4466.  I would recommend calling these people at all hours of the day and night and see what it is like to get phone calls you don't want.  I will continue this fight with you against people who do not respect the laws of this land.

These vermin called me again today using another "Unknown Name" number 321-663-5669. I told them that I told them to stop calling me previously, that I had reported them to DoNotCall, and that I was next going to report them to the State attorney general's office .. although that last bit got interrupted because she hung up on me before I could finish!

So let me get this straight .. you call ME to sell your unwanted service/wares and then hang up on ME?  If this scum really is using Skype then I guess that I'll just go ahead and call the FLA AG's office and report their company's name every time they call, regardless of what new number they try to use. Maybe that will put them under state scrutiny to stop flouting the DoNotCall FEDERAL registry that they, as a business operating in the U.S. and doing business via Federally regulated phone lines, are REQUIRED to aide by!

Greetings again.  I was supposed to have an appointment with someone from this company today at 9:30 am.  They never showed up, nor did they call prior to the appointment as the operator said they would.  The reason you cannot report them or their number is because they are using SKYPE to route their calls through bogus numbers.  This is something the national DNC list is not prepared to deal with.  I am hoping they will call again and I will try again to set up an appointment.  At 6'5" and 250 lbs. I look forward to getting the information that I need out of the poor sap that shows up to my door.  I am not going to wait for the Government to do something,...I will fix the problem myself.  I will keep you all updated as to the progress that is being made. These people just called (Friday 2pm)and my husband set up an appt. with them.  I immediately felt suspicious and tried calling the "unknown number" back -- full mailbox every time I've called.  I called Florida Power & Light (my husband said they were Florida Power) and it wasn't them. Something inside of me is just wigged out and does NOT feel right about this.

They called both my home number and my business phone number. And, surprise, when I called back, I was routed to a full mailbox...

Calls asking to speak to homeowner, who isn't available. Then asks for number where they can reach him. When I ask what they're calling about they refuse to say. That got them a nice *click*

Received a call about 6:45.  Said he was with Power Energy Service, this wasn't a sales call, and wanted to know if I was aware of electric bill and power company has filed a request to raise rates; I told him "yes."  He immediately went into some retoric about saving us money by letting them do a "free" visit to give us "tips" on how to save money. I told him that it was indeed a sales call and he adamantly said it wasn't and began to give a sales power pitch. I told him I was in the middle of something, he made some rude remark and hung up.  We are on the "Do Not Call" list, so I plan to report him.

Called me today. I decided to do something I almost never do to an "Unknown Name" number and picked up. Just to see what/who it was. Same thing as previous posts stated .. "Power Energy Systems." Asked if I knew about upcoming energy price increases. I told them I did. Then she started a spiel on having some yoyo come out and do a "Free" energy check. Well, since I've been around the block a few times, and also know that the electric company will do these anytime for free/almost-free, I stopped her and said "I am NOT interested .. I am ON the 'Do Not Call' Federal registry, and that they should NOT be calling me." As I was hanging up, I heard her argumentative tone saying "Sir! .. We are not .."  <<CLICK>>

I then immediately followed up by filing a complaint at " https://www.DoNotCall.gov "  

You see, *I* pay for a phone line for the purposes of MY phone calls to people/businesses *I* choose, and to run my business. I **DO NOT** pay my phone bill for every company with a bank of telemarketers to forcibly enter the privacy and quiet of **MY HOME** for the purposes of trying to sell me something that I **DON'T** want, nor have **ANY** interest in!  

In my opinion, this should be considered the equivalent of breaking and entering without consent, and they should be subject to penalties of law!

Everyone needs to report these unsolicited phone calls from these pests, ESPECIALLY if they are registered (as I) with Do NOT Call!

The caller is making these calls from a cell phone.  the mailbox is always full.  I told him several months ago to remove my number but he still calls.  Have filed a report with the FCC

Received call from 407-412-8875 at 6:30pm today. Man said he was from Power Energy Service. I told him we were on the Do Not Call List, and he responded that he was not soliciting, just wanting to save us money. He would not give his name or where he was calling from.  We said we were going to report his company, then we hung-up.

Ask if our electric bill has gone up? Said yes since Jan. She said we could have a technician come and advise us how to save money. Told her we are on "Do Not Call" lists---Federal and State. Didn't faze her. Wouldn't give any info to report. Said their company name was Power Energy Services. Just had our third call---7:27pm. Wouldn't give us any info on the company, where they were located!!! Told them we would be reporting them.

Received a call.  I said hello.  I could hear noise background then they hung up.  I called back, got a recorded message that the mailbox was full.

My wife spoke to the caller from this number, and he asked if our electric bill had gone up recently. She told him she didn't know, and apparently that's where the conversation ended.

I received a call today. Said "hello" and no answer on the other line. So I just hung up. It came up unknown name on caller ID.
