I 'm getting the same exact calls now. It started a few months ago. And a Kevin with an horrible foreign accent keeps calling my job telling me that they are going to sue me, and do I have a lawyer. Two different men keep calling, but when I ask what the matter is about they never tell me. I don't know what to do, but they call atleast 10 to 20 times a day upsetting me at my place of employment.

I have received calls from this number or company looking to collect some debt. The first time they called I thought nothing about it and paid with my credit card.  Couple months go by and now calling me again saying I owe a cash advance america money that I did not apply for.  Now telling me I didnt pay anything and this was the first time called.  I told him to fax me paper work filed against me or mail, he refused Officer Richard Jones with broken english and his side kick also.  I told him I will have my lawyer contact him.  Everytime I call no answer.

David Adams and Anjolina Hegins, WOW it is so laughable that you are defending this caller, with your broken English! Seems to me that you are possibly the people that are calling!  I just recieved a call from this number and they were asking for my boss, and he said he was Officer Andrew Thomas, and to please have her call immediately as he can hold this lawsuit any longer. Well about 5 months ago, I got a call from the same number about myself, they had called my son at my home number and told him that I was going to jail, and my son is only 13years old.  Very classy to scare a 13 yr old!! Anywho...they called me at work, told me that I have all of these charges of fraud against me and that they were with Los Angeles Police Dept.  And that if I chose to go to court, I would have to pay an extra $2000 for the person to deliver the court docs to me.  I told them that, that was perfect and to send them! They got all hot and bothered and started going on, about how I was going to spend years in jail if I didnt give them a credit card and pay this debt immediately, even though they would never tell me who I supposedly owe money to! They didnt have access to that information, they said.  I finally got tired of them, and hung up.  I called the LAPD and spoke with a lovely gentleman there, and he proceeded to call the people on my behalf and let them know that impersonating a law officer is against the law and they of course denied it, and the officer told them that why would I lie about it.  But needless to say, they have never called me back since then.  Now they have found my bosses information somehow.  OY the things these people will do!!!  Ignore these calls or get a real police officer to call them for you and threaten them!  YOU CAN NOT GO TO JAIL FOR OWING MONEY TO A COMPANY!!!!!  THERE IS NO DEBTORS PRISON ANYMORE!!!!!!!  DONT BE SCARED OF THESE PEOPLE!!!

I gave them my attorney's name: Dewey Cheatham and Howe. Phone number 991 382-5633. There IS no area code 991...and then spell it out on the phone dial!

I am at the age of 58,got a call for a law suite. It was scaring. Firstly i hung up the phone. They called me back & told me not to scare. Then they explained me every thing in detail. God, i took a relaxed breath when they provided me the way to resolved the issue. They helped me in many ways. Don't blame these people as a scam. God bless them.

This guys are really good, they helped me to take care of my legal issues. And they resolved my issue out of court. I spoke to Officer Richard Jones,he is very genuine person. He talk to me very gently and he took me out of whole this legal issue. They are a law firm, works with orlando police dept. People think them scam but i know its not true. I went to their office. they treated me well, made me understand about the case. Firstly i din't believe them, i was so scared listening about the fine & charges & went to see by myself. I saw them serving the people & helping them in various type of legal issues. These are not scam but real officers.

These people called to speak to one of our employees here at my job. Supposedly they are calling from the Department of Crime and Investigation. The guy, that goes by the name of Andrew Thomas, which by the way has a very heavy Indian accent kept insisting to be connected to the employee. I asked him How is it possible that his name was Andrew Thomas with a heavy accent and it sounded like a long distance call? The guy just stuttered and then didn't know what to say. I told him that this was a fraud call and then I just hanged up the call. I called back the number 407-429-3266 and no one answered.

I got a call from this number and a guy with a very strong accent asked to talk to my husband.  I told him no.  He asked why not.  I told him because.  He yelled "THIS IS ABOUT A LAWSUIT THAT INVOLVES HIM"  I hung up.

A few seconds later I got a call back and the guy identified himself as Officer John Wright.  He asked for my husband and I told him that he would have to talk to me because I handled everything.  He told me he couldn't talk to me because this was a lawsuit and he would have to talk to my husband.  So I called him a fraud and he put his "lawyer" Joe Brown on the phone.  After I called the lawyer a fraud, I finally conviced them to talk to me about the "lawsuit".  So Joe gave the phone back to "officer Wright" and I started grilling him with questions.  I asked to spell his last name out, the name of the dept and verified the phone number (407-429-3266).  But then when I asked for the address he asked me why I would want that.  I told him that he contacted me about the lawsuit and I wanted this information for my records.  He put me on hold and came back with 7626 7th Ave, Orlando, FL 32818.  Then I asked his rank and he again asked why I would want that.  I told him again that I needed for my records and I assumed any further contact would be made with him.  (He never came up with a rank and after asking him a few time I gave up) So I asked for his badge number- CFI 838.  He then asked me if he could now read me the paper work or if I had any more questions.  I told him he could continue.  He got to words out and I interupted him again (after the fraud comments I calmed down and pretended to be all sweet).  He was clearly annoyed (hehe) and I asked him for the case number- 11s10749.  He then finished his little speach (I didn't really listen because I was looking up the Orlando Dept of Crime Prevention (doesn't exist and when I called the orlando police department they told me they never heard of it).  He told me I had 2 options I could settle this account with him or he will send it on to the court house.  I told him to go ahead and send it on.  Shocked he told me I would have to deal with lawyers fees and court fees.  I told him I was going to call the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement to verify all this information.  He said ok that he would call tomorrow.  And he was still talking when I hung up.

I will let you know if they call me back.  You should try it though.  It was fun getting him all annoyed and frustrated.

I just received a call from a guy sho said that he was an officer calling from a Police Department and that he had my last four of my ssn. I am recieving another call from them as i type this. The guy was reading some type of affidavit. I told him that i actually worked for the Police Department and he said that he did too and was pausing for a long time so i hung up on him. I just received a total of  7 calls while typing this letter from the number. This is ridiculous and someone needs to put a stop to it.

This number has called me over 20 times in the last 3 days. They've left me over 12 voicemails- but only 3 actual messages. The other voicemails are blank- they say actually nothing- just allowing it to record. Some even reach over 3 minutes. He says his name is William Paul. He's threatening to send me and my employer to jail. I tried to call the number back and it rings for about a minute- and then Verizon comes on and tells me the call cannot be completed. Total scam.
