This # belongs to Credit one Bank.

This company called me 8 times today at home and 6 times on my cell phone.  I wish that they would quit calling.

they call me 10 times yesterday and already 8 times today. WTF

They just call & LEAVE NO MESSAGE!!!

They keep calling my boyfriend and I all the time. My boyfriend has a card with them and due to him gettin laid off we had to miss a payment and whatnot and they got pissed off about it. We tried telling them that he is now unemployed but they will not try to help at all. We also have a 5 month old son so he is most important not the card. Anyways they call my phone all the time, they have called me 2 times today between 9 am and 10 am. It is my boyfriend's bill not mine I am not on the card at all. They call me at least 10 times a day sometimes more. They need to lay off.

This number calls all the time and hangs up when our machine answers. I'm glad to know it's Credit One Bank. My husband has a dispute with them. He bought and canceled a free credit report service. He disputed the charges with the vendor. He's asked Credit One Bank to stop payment on the charges several times. Nothing is happening. So after five requests for stop payment, he's refused to pay the bill. They are persistant and I would just advise to stay away from this company. He's canceled the card. He's been so good about paying the bills in full, but now that he has a beef with them, they are being absolute jerks.

I do not have an account with this company and I have received 7 calls between 8:00am and 12:00n from this number.  They also have a Verizon Cell number out of Washington DC, 1-202367-9284.  I have received 5 calls from that number, in the same time span.  I have contacted the Indiana Attorney General.  I am on the no call list.  I am glad our bail out money went to funding harassing phone calls and cell phones from the jerks!!

Ive gotten numerous calls from this number. Every time they call it rings once and they hang up. I dont have a credit one card! This is ridiculous.

just a question are any of you college students and from Nevada because it seems those two demographics of people are being harassed the most.

Oh by the way , there is no "FREE" number look up of any kind. Even though these records are public record, someone is always tring to make you pay for them. Shame on you.

These people call at least 8 to 10 times a day. of course they never leave a message . I picked up and they said nothing ,so I said do not call again or I will call the police. Look up hassasng calls and the penalty I was shocked to see how bad a lot of the calls I am getting are breaking the law. Even If you have a lageitamate reason for them to call, they can't call more than 3 times a week!

PLEASE stop calling me!! I will report you to the Better Business Bureau! Do you think that it is funny that every time I answer my cell phone, I say please stop calling me and you continue to call me? You called me four times a day and I don't appreciate it. I am a college student and I don't have time for your selfish, pity games.

Thanks for the good information.  I shall also file a complaint with the FTC.  Then, if I answer their number, I will also inform them of their illegal calls.

Hello.  I called you and then you want my phone number.  Why should I give you my phone number.  You are calling L. Gonzal** and she no longer has the phone number you are calling. She has not had that phone number for a year because I have that phone number now.  I do not owe you ANY money so stop calling me.

This company calls 10-20 times a day and I never answer them. I do owe money on my credit card, but it's only maybe $50 and I haven't paid in a month or two because my fiance and I were both recently laid off from our jobs. I called them after our lay off and explained what was going on and they told me I shouldn't be receiving phone calls, but now I am! How annoying !!! I answered the first couple of times and they didn't say anything and merely hung up. This is ridiculous!

We just answer and hang up right away. Seems like it helps. They are calling less and less now.

These people call me several times a day, even at 1:50 A.M. this morning.  This harassment has got to stop!  I have told them several times that they have the wrong number, that I have no affiliation with their bank, and to please remove me from their call list.  The call this morning sent me over the edge.  I just filed a formal complaint with the FTC, who says their practices are illegal.  We should NOT have to put up with this.

I am getting calls from them about every 20-30 minutes. These people are very harrassing. The funny thing is, Ive never answered the phone for them and they still presist. Its extremely annoying but at the same time its hilarious how stupid these people are.

I've received 8 calls from this number over the last 2 days - haven't answered, don't have a credit card from them. I just called THEM and spoke to a very nice customer service rep. He said next time a call comes in from them, answer the phone, tell them it's a wrong number and to take me off the list, and it will take another 24 hours for them to stop calling me. We'll see if it works!!

Remember anyone with that problem should do it.  But your problem has to be justified............!

We get calls about 15-20 times a day.  I don't even answer anymore. In the beginning I have talked to them and tried to tell them, that we don't have a credit card with their company, but there is no getting thru.  They keep on calling. This is been going on for a few month right now. This company rides innocent people into debt without the necessary paperwork or applications. They harass people so much until some people decide to pay a debt they don't even owe, just to get them of their backs.
There is a legal term for this kind of practice. And since this is illegal I will go to my local police department and file a criminal suit against them. They will forward it to the Las Vegas PD which will open a investigation. If more people experience the same problem with this company, they should do the same. As more folks file a criminal suit against them, the more the state of Las Vegas and even the FBI will look into this matter, and even shut them down.  This will turn from a local to a federal matter very soon and than the heat is on for them.
As long folks are sitting back and let this happen to them, nothing will be done. Don't wait until someone else reports this, do it yourself so authorities start paying attention to this problem. Don't be surprised if nothing is done against them, if people don't report them.

We have laws in this country, and this so called credit company and their collectors are not above the law.  The law is on your side and you should use it.  Don't wait ....just report them.

These people call 10 times a day.  It doesn't matter what day of the week, they call Saturdays and Sundays as well.  We do not OWE ANYBODY any money and we don't want any credit cards ESPECIALLY from these people.  I have applied for the DO NOT call a while back and these people still call and call and call.  They need to be stopped, its harrassment!!!!
