They are not even MY utilities company! I hate t o think of how many people signed up to see stangers..ALSO THEY CALL 15 TIMES A DAY! I press opt#2 to be removed....NO LUCK. I WAIT TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON...and they hang up onme after i tell them my house is NOT in their area-CLICK!!!!!!! SO- STILL- !5 call aday!!!! help.?

we have received this recorded call several times in the past week or so. They reference a Progress Energy and OUC in the recording. I always hang up before getting to the end. When I try to call back to the 407 number from my cell phone I get a "mail box full" response. When I do a reverse lookup via AT&T it says no directory listing. Therefore, I cannot even tell them to stop calling me.

Yes we have complained to every agency.... phone company etc......You cannot block the numbers or call them...we are going to set an appointment and give them the local police station as our address

Yup, got a bunch of these over the last couple of months.  Today I just booked an appointment for them to come to a bogus adr.  She said "Our drivers travel up to an hour to get to the appointment".  I asked, how do I get a hold of you in case something comes up?  She didn't have a number, guess I won't be there!  

If everyone would just start booking an appointment with a fake address they'd be out of business.

They tell me it takes 30 DAYS to have your number removed and they continue to call you until then.

Everything above is correct and I have experienced it all.  #2 does no good.  Four times I have teaken #1 to talk to a real person.  Four times I have told the to take my name of their calling list.  They continue to call DAILY at lunch or dinner time.

They claim they are NOT SELLING anything and therefore are exempt from the 'Do Not Call' laws.  How do I get a $3700 tax credit without buying something?  I have had the enrgy audits from FPL and know what can be done to save money.  This group says, "Would you expect FPL to tell you the truth?"

I got a call yesterday I did not bother looking at the number and it was a recording. When I pressed #! I got some lady on the phone who said that the government is giving $3500 in grants for homeowners energy costs. The lady had my complete address and phone number. I was kind of iffy about the whole thing. I did not even ask questions. I made the appointment for them to come over to my home and do an energy saving analysis today at 11am. I decided to search my phone today and I put the number in my computer so that I can search for it. It brought me to this site. I am glad cause now I am not letting these people into my house. They should not be allowed to play with people this way. I am strugglling to keep my home and I would do anything to save money. Now I am really scared that they are going to be coming around my house. Is there anything I can do.

Pressing #2 does not work! They just called again @ 4:55pm. Have reported them to FCC (Federal  Communications Commission)!  The FAX # for FCC is 866-418-0232. File a written Complaint (Form 1088) online with the FCC. They will give you an acknowledgment and confirmation number. We should all file these Complaints, may be they will finally get the message.

Calls 2-3 times a day, press #2 to be removed... SCAM???... message says from Power Company but listed as cell phone on caller ID... Googled this number in hopes of getting a physical address... oh well..  and they want to come to MY HOME and do energy analysus

Got a call last month, asked not to be called and was threatened so I called the police. I am on the do not call list. Got another call last nite, same thing, called the police. They also use 727 859 2868. Call the FCC  the police and the State Attorney. Energy scam company.

Called and did not leave message.

3 calls today from 407-437-1349, I requested to be removed from there list Im willing to bet I won't.

Help Stop them by filling a compliant with local Police and State Attorney.

Yes, same thing here.  The recording calls 5 times a week.  Tried pushing #2 to be removed from calling list but that did not do a thing.  Push #1 and girl will not give out any information on where or who they are. "Security Reasons" ya sure. But it is OK for me to let their rep (stranger) into my house to case the place.  What a joke.

This automated call comes in at least twice per week.  If I do not answer it, it goes to my mail box.  It supposedly is an energy saving company.  It gives you the option of pressing 1 to speak with someone or 2 to be removed from their call list.  I have pressed 2 on two ocasasions over the past month, but the calls keep on coming.  If you call this number back, you get a message saying the mailbox is full.

This is a scam!  And it needs to be stopped somehow...I'm just not sure yet how?

2 Calls, one at 6:01 PM, next day 11:51!   Scam, telemarketer and harrassing call.  Am on the DO NOT CALL registry. Reported to Fl Atty Gen, US Atty and local police department. Another # calling is 407-334-6639. What a waste of money and time!!!!!!
