Also,, even though the agreement says nothing paid upfront, on the phone they tell you they need your money asap, due to the fact that they only have a two hour time frame once the customer agrees to get it to the Attorney General so it can be processed or it will ALL have to be done all over again. They go thru a bunch of questions and also, say they will be on the phone with you while you are talking to your c.c. card co. as your attorney..they are NOT by any means ATTORNEYS!!! When I questioned one gentleman he got very upset and connected me with another man. And, like I said, they want you to send it eCheck via internet. Now there is no recovery of this money, since it was cash and not on a credit card. They are very good at what they do. And what they do is SCAM people every hour of every day.

I used recover my funds now back in March to try to get my money back from Resort Pros that scammed me. They went to my credit card co. and not the company that did the scamming. Got my money back then after further investigation from my credit card company, the credit card co. took it back. I had to pay them up front, even though their agreement said you don't have to. Should have known something was up. They didn't want it to go thru my c.c. card either, duh..now they won't give me my money back that THEY charged. Their agreement said that if the money goes back to the c.c. card co. and they can't get it recovered within 90 days they will refund my full amount back. Well, they have not!! Can't reach anyone, sent letters, emails and made calls with no response. I tried calling today and their phone has been disconnected. Go figure!! I got scammed by a company that says they will get your scam money back. What a sad cruel world this is to know that their are companies out there that do this, and more so, that there are PEOPLE working for companies that do this. How can they sleep at night???  Evil people.

And after all that, you decide to look the number up on here and tell us how wonderful they are?

LOL! Only thing you forgot to mention is how long you've been working this scam. Are you any better at lying on the phone then you are on the internet?

I too was skeptical about this "recover my funds now" outfit, but after giving it much thought and showing the service agreement to my daughter who is a family law attorney we decided to give it a shot. There were no upfront fees and it only took about three days to get our money back. We didnt have to pay them till after the money was refunded back on to our credit card. They had all the evidence they needed to prove that Vacation property resellers was a fraudulent company and i thought they did an excellent job in handling our refund. after over 17 months we had pretty much written it off. I'm glad we took the time to do the research on them before we made the right decision to move forward.

They are now calling themselves "Recover my funds now" or Consumer advocacy group.  Two phone calls in two days. Same number, different company.  They say they are working with the Florida Attorney General.
I too was taken for $$, from Resort Pros, Cynthia Cole.
Last month I got a phone call from Goliath Recovery. They said they would refund my money if I gave them my checking account routing number and it would cost me $100. Thank goodness I did not fall for this one.
Now the new "Recover my funds now", says that they will credit back my money on my credit card and they they will have me do a funds transfer of 30-40% from my checking account to theirs...Not going down that path again!  I don't care if they are legit. I know I have lost my money the first time. not doing it again!   Oh by the way....They say they will have a lawyer on the line also to talk to my bank, so the transaction goes smoothly....RIGHT!
Lets see what company they are next month

407 459 1913 calls every day at 11 or so in the morning.  Never leaves a message.  We never pick up, so we're not sure who's on the other end.

So much for the do not call registry!

They are still at it this year too.  I had a spurt of these calls last year, and now I'm getting them again.  Calls to both my unlisted home phone and my personal cell phone.  I paid cash when I bought my time share in 2003, I sold it in 2006 because the annual taxes and fees made it a waste of money, and they still seem to think I own it.  It IS A SCAM.  Don't give them anything.  I reported them to the KS Attorney General's Office.  If you can catch them in a lie and record it or some how other obtain proof of the lie they are telling, you should report it to the FL Attorney General's Office since that is where the calls originate.  That would be a violation of Federal law.

These idiots called my home and tried to get a credit card to iniate the sell of our time share.  Did we look like we had "STUPID" wrote across our foreheads.  The number one rule is to never give out your credit card number unless you iniated the call yourself for a legitimate company.  The crazy thing is they keep calling back!
