Seems like the name "pizza express" had gotten too hot so now they are using the name "Pizza Bella".  Stupid A#@es. The phone number is still the same on the fliers. You would think they would get a little more creative.  Whether it's Pizza Xtra, Pizza Express or Pizza Bella, it's all still crap and still employs the most ignorant and uneducated scumbags that they can scrape off of the streets.
If you receive any pizza flier under your hotel door, THROW IT AWAY or risk having to go through a lot of unnecessary trouble.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I have been having upset stomach and my son has been vomiting and having diarrhea....hmmm....wonder what that might be from.  If I can get them arrested I will sue for "pain and suffering" for my son.  He has never pooped his pants in 2 years and now is having to wear a pull-up because of watery diarrhea.  I am a health care provider and if he continues to have this I will check him for salmonella etc and if + I will be suing once I have their a***s arrested!  We went to a REAL restaurant tonight and it was awesome, too bad we couldn't enjoy it and the rest of our stay in FL due to diarrhea/vomiting!

Total Fraud.  They're calling themselves Pizza Xtra now.  Too many complaints I guess.  I am turning them in to BBB.  I am sending the flyers to the police for fingerprinting too.  Food was cold...thank GOD I didn't give them a credit card number because that is what they are after.  Food was cold, order was messed up and it took an hour to get it.  Girl almost said the wrong thing when I called because she forgot this was the "restaurant" number.  No existing restaurant at this location...satelitte and GPS makes this quite obvious.  Same thing with Papa Gino's Pizza!!

Never ever ever order from a place that puts flyers under hotel doors. Locals like me wouldn't be caught dead ordering from places like this. We stick to Flippers (excellent local chain) or big chains places (I like Papa Johns best). Don't get scammed!

same story.  ordered pizza and called after 1 1/2 hours and was told the delivery was on the way,  after several more calls and one from the driver who said he was 7 minutes away.  I cancelled after waiting for him for ten minutes.  the kids ate cereal and we had BLT's.  form this posting sounds like we made the best choice.

I cancelled my order after two hours of waiting and numerous phone calls and excuses. I then received a call from the driver calling me a c*** and telling me she was going to come after me...What a shame that I live in this great state! Uneducated TRASH.....Have the message on my phone thinking about phoning the police...

All true. The worst possible.

I was staying in orlando and a pizza express flyer was slipped through the door, once our food got there it was the wrong order completely. We called to complain and the person told us they ran out of what we ordered and gave us what they had and would give us free food tomorrow. We called to complain and they gave us fake names and three different addresses. Luckily the dumbass came  back to make another delivery and we caught his a** in the lobby, I took the keys out of his ignition and called security. He still refused to give back our money but he soon realized that if he didn't he would get his neck broken. Security got his license plate number and license so he will never make delivery at that hotel again, and we got out money back! So anyone that works for pizza express go f*** yourselves your not that slick. Next time I'm robbing you f**gots!

i don't know why u people think that we r so dumb that we would send out food for a bogus order and not check out the address first we don't answer to blocked or private numbers so there for  you would not get through and there are the dumb ones that call with there real numbers and of course we check those two so if you think that you got us  then think again stupid

Horrible food, no customer service.  Flyer left in the door of our rental villa in Davenport, FL.

Lied about the delivery taking 2 hours.  Said the delivery guy got stopped for speeding.  Worst Pizza ever.  

At least when we go home to Canada, we know we won't have this problem!!!!!

DO Not call or order from this Pizza company while staying in an Orlando Hotel. They are m not authorized Hotel Vendors. They Place unauthorized flyers in hotels, have no business address to find them if you have a problem.
Hotels DO NOT Reccommend these flyer companies at all.

Ive annoyed them endlessly and am about to make them deliver their 4th 60 dollar order in the last two weeks. Has anyone called them?

Do not order form "Pizza Express"! This place is horrible. We found a flyer under our hotel door and thought we'd give it a try because they had some good deals. We waited over an hour and half to get the nastiest food you could imagine! It was cold and burnt. I called to complain and they said they wouldn't give us a refund and of course the manager was not there. She said she could send someone out with some fresh food and we waited again for over another hour and it was still crap and cold again. Our hotel is literally 10 minutes from this place and it took that long! I found the address and I'm going down there to give them back there crap.

SCAMMING TOURISTS WHO STAY AT LOCAL HOTELS! a.k.a. pizza express? - ? - 2010-02-24
a.k.a. Pizza Express - The owner is a shister. This joint is ripping off tourists from miles around. The food arrived close to 2 hours late. It arrived cold, burnt and unevenly cooked. I called them back and was told the manager or owner is not around. I realised that they do not put thier address on their flyer for good reason. THEY DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHERE THEY ARE! I googled them and drove their food back to the location, 10 MILES AWAY! I got their flyer under my hotel room door, which means they know already that food is going to arrive cold as the owner does not provide his drivers insulated bags for the food. This joint looks like something out of a third world country. If you knew how your food was prepared you would never order from here EVER!!

I think we should all unite and at the very least aggravate them. I ordered the big deal lol and had them deliver it to a bogus address. did it three times. got so bad that they wouldnt know hos order to take  and whos not to take. I say e all call and order to local hotels and when they get there let them know that its what they get for ripping us off. the supposed owner called me lol i cant repeat what i toldhim but he was enraged lmao.. We at quaility inn and suites universal have been chasing these people off our property for months. its hard for the police to catch them. all we can say is DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA EXPRESS EVER. please use some of our great pizza companies here like flippers, pizza hut, dominos or just ask the front desk and they can point you to proven companies for great delivery.

I just got ripped off. They sent me a flyer and I called orderedand recieved what amounts to dog feces. Now the guy wont even pick upthe phone. They open at noon and I will be at their front door.

Ps. They hang up on you when you call to complain. No matter how many times you call back, they keep hanging up on you.
if you ask them where they are located, they tell you that they are not permitted to divulge that information.
