call 6 times a day

I was selling my car in my local newspaper, when all of a sudden I was getting 3-4 calls a day from 407-515-6094 on my cell phone. When you answer, it's an automated answering service that wants you to advertise your vehicle in their magazine for a fee. There is no way to tell them to put you on their do not call list, as no human is ever there.

So.... if you ever get bombarded with this phone number, then call 1-877-288-6840, which is their telemarketing center, and tell them to put you on their DO NOT CALL List right away.

calls at all hours, answering machine p/u's but no message but continues to remain on line. what began as one or two calls has turned out to be four or more a day. completely ticed off and annoyed.

Ok So i keep getting a call from this number.. they dont leave messages and i never answer them, just called me about ten mins ago i decided to look this number up on here and walla im not the only one.. I did put an ad for a car in the mercury new.. the number is from florida... What a headache..

they call me 3-10 times a day about a week after placing ad in want advertiser. very annoying

Yup, any details on how to stop them...30 calls in 3 days, Police wont do anything about it, but I have a report, if it persists I will file a harassment lawsuit.  free money if they keep it up.

I posted a vehicle for sale. Afterwards I started receiving 3 to 5 calls per day. It has been over 2 weeks now. Now the calls are up to 10 to 25 times a day. I am not exxagerating. Today I am up to 23 calls. I have logged all of the. Here is a copy of an article I read on the internet to help out. I am on hold with the customer service right now. I hope this works:

By the way-- my number was even registered with the FCC Do Not Call list. They seem to think that because you advertise your number with your car ad in your local paper (mine was in WA state), then your number is open to telemarketing. This is simply NOT TRUE.

this company calls from 8 am till late at night.  At least 12 times a day!  I put asn add in for my vehicle to sell and it is harrassment!

Glad I went ahead and signed up for an "AOL Virtual Number" instead of using my cellphone in my ad.  I already had to change that number once!  As it is, they've called three times today and never leave a voicemail, and the day is still young.

This number calls non-stop from 4pm to 8pm. I call it back and a message from Trader Publications. Try emailing the PR Director 100-times at the parent company to see how she enjoys the SPAM.

Yep, calls me constantly too. Never any messages. My phone tells me it's coming out of Florida. Hopefully some will figure out how to get rid of all these annoying phone #s who call.

CALLER KEEPS CALLING ME TOO... I WAS STARTING TO THINK IT WAS A FRIEND OR SOMETHING BUT STILL WOULDNT PICK UP AN UNKNOWN NUMBER... AND THEN DECIDED TO TYPE IT IN AND FOUND THIS..

This is a Trader Company number of somekind. I called it, it was automated, and gave the option to put your name and number on the 'do not call list'...we'll see what happens....

i placed an  add in a local trader paper for my car and have since begun to receive calls from this number...no one ever responds on the few occasions i decided to answer the call nor do they leave a message. I find strange and some how disturbing.

I placed in internet ad to sell my jeep about a year and a half ago and these people still keep calling me.

Placed an ad in local trader and they are calling several times a day.  I don't answer and there is no way to block the # on the Verizon Wireless Network.

Called about listing my house that is for sale by owner.  They saw my ad in my local news paper (NW Indiana - Post-Tribune).  It was an automated call.

Calls to my cell# 5-15x's a day from 9am to 10pm for the last 2 weeks. I called them and told them to stop calling me or I would take legel action for haressment. Hope it worked, told them on 5/22/07 at 1:30pm.
