This is exactly correct they will tell you they have a buyer, even set up a person in another state to say they are buying the property at some good price but even after 120 days the sale never goes through. It is time that all these people are charged with Felony Fraud charges and they are shut down. They are just another of set up crooked offices in Florida that as they say have a gas leak for more than a month. How can that be?

Same experience with fraud with STM, their fax stayed busy and no phone contact immediately after contract they have had a gas leak for 5 weeks now. Phone won't take messages!

caller ID shows up as from  LD Telecommunications, but it is the same person that calls from 18668027982. Her name is Melanie Collins.

Got a call from these people as well at 1-866-802-7982 and unfortunately gave them my credit card details. I get calls now rom the above no. everyday and when I tried to ask Questions of someone who said that they were just verifying my information, I was told that the call was being recorded, and that it was going to time out. I am also very leery, as I have been bilked out of thousands of dollars before in trying to sell my timeshare. wish someone could really tell me if this company is legit!

Executive Travel Management has not been good to me.  I would be very lery and not give any money until the deal is done.  I Gave them $1500 because the buyer called me direct and sold me on the deal not being a scam.  After 90 days was up I call the buyer Fred Murphy back with no answer.  Two weeks later the buyers phone was disconnected.  buyer was approx 70 yrs old.  Very genuine and talked with so much honesty.  My venture started April 23rd of 2012 and still have not been closed as of today 1/15/2013.  I am currently in contact with BBB and the Florida Agi/ consumer fraud division.  they do not have many good things to say about ETM.  Just do your research before talking to these silver tongue devils.  If you have any questions for me please email me before making a deal.  slodad29@yahoo.com

This is an absolute SCAM!!!!   Please do not send any money every.  Do your homework.  I sent them $1500 because they told me they had a buyer for me and the buyer actually called me.  approx 70 yr old man named Fred Murphy and Nyla Murphy from Michigan.  That was what sold me.  He sounded very Genuine and honest.  My $1500 mistake.  ETM now has an F rating with the BBB in Florida.  If you every have any questions please email me.  slodad29@yahoo.com I would be happy to share my story.

We got the same call.  But, it worked.  I really appreciate the honesty. We closed on our property and received our check. Thanks.

It's also so funny to me how all the people who supposedly had such a "great experience" with ETM ALL have grammar issues.

Just cancelled my debit card after spending 30 minutes on the phone with Sophia and Jerry in Florida.

Everything was great till the end when they wanted $1300 from me now.

I felt like I'd spent so much time and was happy my timeshare sold, so I gave them the info.

Then i found this conversation.  Promptly cancelled the card.  Jeez.  Sad.  But thanks providing the info here.

This is exactly why "satisfied customers" don't come here and make posts like yours, that dubious privilege is reserved for scammer shills like yourself. Received a phone call concerning my timeshare.  I want to sell, but am afraid of getting scammed.  I do not want to hand them any money to close my deal.  Not sure what todo

been receiving calls and returning same for about 1 week now. got sale agreement asking for 1,0000 up front. said there is a buyer and that deposit and closing costs have been paid. also got name and phone # of buyer. want to believe this is for real but....

just called me.. same story: they sold the timeshare, and want closing costs.

What my caller did not know (and I did not tell him) is that I sold this particular timeshare in 2007.

Thank god after dealing with Executive Travel Management for 75 days my deal is finally done and I received my check for what my timeshare was sold for. I also did request to speak with the purchaser and we were able to get in touch and talk about somethings regarding ETM's process in getting the deal done. We both put our trust in them because they were referred by some well known companies. I'm that the proccess did not take longer than 90 days. I

I just got this same phone call and they told me my expense would be $1500 for the preparation of my paper work.  I do not want to had over $$ to anyone I have a call into the company who did my closing services when I bought it to check out what the cost to me is if I use them and not this mans company,  Still waiting to hear.  Very suspicious of these calls.

I got the same call as referenced above.  They gave me a buyers name, also in Michigan, but with a different phone number.  I spoke with them and they seemed in a hurry to end the conversation.  I have since left messages for them to call me since I had further questions.  They do not return calls.  I was told part of the process was that my Timeshare had the right of first refual to purchase at the quoted price.  I was told this was done; however the timeshare denies ever receiving such communication.  I am about 60 days into the process and have serious doubts.  They said they received a $5,000 down payment from the buyer, $2,880 of which was mine even if they backed out.  I requested they send me the $2,880, but they just blow me off concerning this.

I got the same call yesterday. They have a buyer willing to pay over market value. They even said that a 20% deposit was received from the buyers. Proceeding very cautiously.

I just got a call today. Foolishly singed the agreement and as soon as it was received the "agent" Sofia was unreachable. I called the main line and was told that the "agent" had a family emergency and had to leave early. Also, there was no one else that I could speak with. Sofia called back and said she was in a business meeting with the resort in regards to sale.

This is a solicitation to sell your timeshare, with the intent of getting you to agree to a one time fee of $1500 to market it. They have a buyer for your property and need the money to pay for the paperwork involved in the sale. The contract says that you have 7 days to cancel  The part that is alarming is that there is no reference to the sale in the contract.

Well I'll be honest I thought this was another scam, But after dealing with Executive Travel Management for about 145 days or so I can say I finally got my check in the mail a few days ago and I literally almost screamed so loud someone thought something was wrong lol. You can't knock someone for someone else's mistakes. Lesson learned and it was definitely worth waiting for, Thank you from the bottom of my heart guys, it was a tough time but you guys out did yourselves.

This company help me sell my Timeshare and I've  referred several freinds and family to this company and their in the process of helping them it took about 79 days for me to get paid. They told me it could take up to 90 days.
