Yes, this is HP Web OS Support (formerly Palm). They don't leave a message but you can call back and they can trace which rep called. This is usually in response to an issue you're having or in response to a survey. My experience has been very positive with this customer service.

I just spoke with a service rep. I am getting a refurbished phone sent out today. All I pay is shipping. About 1/3 the cost of the deductible through the Sprint insurance. I can handle that! They were very friendly and helpful.
