When dialing this number, you are told that it is Software Answers Inc.

There is a Software Answers Inc. in Florida and it is a valid company, but does not take credit cards.  

Someone is using their name to charge your credit card.  Please contact your bank and indicate that you have a fraudulent charge on your card.
