Got two calls from this company - recording says "Rachel at Cardholders Services" and urgent about my credit card, this is the final notice. Caller ID first time had 407-480-9999. Both times I connected to a live agent and was hung up both times when I tried to get more information. This sure is a scammy company.
When I tried calling the numbers back, a recording says they're not in service. My number is on the do not call list.

I received a call yesterday and talked to a live person.  When I told her that I'd only talk to the company that holds my credit card (she said she could reduce my rates) she hung up on me.  

Just got another call today.  Tempted to get a foghorn and blast their eardrums.

I'm on do not call list as well.

This caller didn't leave a message since no one answered on 5-5-11.

I get repeated calls from this number.  It is a recording that states it is Card Member Services.

Our business gets this phone call every day, sometimes twice a day. Today we finally tried to talk to the "friendly customer service representative" and asked what the name of their company was, and they hung up LOUDLY. We are on the do not call list, we registered for our houses and cell phones and if it was allowed, our business.

I keep getting automated calls from these people at really inconvenient times (I have an odd schedule which makes it worse). They identify themselves as "CardHolder services" "Credit Card Services" or just "Card Services", but they are obviously the same folks. They have been calling for ages and had just been ignoring them but lately they seem to be calling more. Which politician or lawmaker have they payed off to stay in operation and how much would it take to sway them the other way?

They call me too and now are calling my cell phone.  used to just be home phone. What next, text messages with "instructions how to lower my credit rates" while being scammed. They have called me for years to but more frequently now.  I too would like to know which politician (probably all) and lawmaker has there hand in this.  Bet they don't get called.

I have had this number calling me over and over again, to the point of harassment.  Never a real person, just a recording.  Tonight I "pushed !" to get a person who could help me resolve my cc debt.  I don't have cc debt as I pay them off each month or do 60 days same as cash.  Well I got Michael who answered very friendly and told me Oh you're here to consolidate our cc debt.  I replied, "Michael, I am on the do not call list" and he hung up.  I'm so tired of these calls,  How do I make them accountable for their lawlessness?  I get about 3 of these types of calls each week.  If I don't answer the phone they continue to harrass me until I answer and then they hang up on me.

I stayed on the line to ask to who this company was which they would not answer and when asked to be put on their do not call list they hung up.

Received 2 calls in about one hour.  Didn't leave a message.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  More crap.

This is likely the same guys who did the "Heather from account services" scams in years previous.  To file a complaint with the FCC regarding these calls, https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action .

The call itself is illegal since it is a pre-recorded (Though the one I just received seemed to be Text-to-speech) telemarketing message played for you without your prior consent and not explaining *any* emergency situation.  Report them.  Get them shut down.

getting called by these folks often - just called the number back and message said this is not a working number - how do we all get together and stop the harassment?

I just reported them to the National Do Not call registry. I've told them numerous times to stop calling. Guess they'll learn this way. I just tried to call it back and recording comes up saying that it is not a working number. That must be why it comes up cell number on caller id.

I keep getting calls from these people and everytime they roll the number over to a new one to get it answered.  I have had ones from Unknown, 407-562-7548, all 0's, even an Irene Vasquez with the recording "Hi this is Rachel from card services" when I answered.  If anyone knows how to put a stop to them or how to sue them so they don't have any assets left,let me know.  I cannot get a real address or name from anyone when I try to call back to get information on them which proves how much of a scam they are.

Asked to be taken off their calling list because I'm registered on the National Do Not Call list.  When I ask her to repeat my number back to me to make sure she removed the right one, she hung on up me!

Would like to file an FTC complaint about this obvious scam attempt, but can't quite figure out what options to chose for a lot of the questions.

They left a message and it was about getting a lower rate for a mortgage.

Just got a call from 407-562-7548 and pressed number to get a live person.  Told "Terry" I had many cc's so which one were they calling about?  She said "well any of them so we can lower your rate".  I explained I never carry a balance so the interest rate does not matter.  Asked she got my information, she sighed and then hung up.  Trying to reach them back to abuse them some more.  Will post back if any more progress.

Fishing for CC info. They hang up LOUDLY when you inform them that you actually have no credit cards, and you're also on the do-not-call list.

got a call from this number talking about a credit card account, I think she  was live and was surprised to get an answer instead of answering machine...played off like a recordered message, so then I called it back went to a womans voicemail with some jibber jabber probably a callgirl
