I reversed the number on 411 and had the name txt to me. It comes back to "Starnet Inc Orl" from Apopka Fl, I looked it up and got a number that went to a residence. I have no idea who it is, but they keep saying they are calling about the gas utility, which is in my name and they are calling my daughters phone, and dont know who's name the bill is it, sounds like either a telemarketer, or a scam.

They say they are calling from the utility company and asks to speak to the person resposible for the bill, I get a call everyday, but they are calling my daughters phone for my utilities? sounds like a sales call to me.
