He is a Middle Eastern Man that calls me every single day(at least 10 times)!!! I told him to STOP calling me and yet he stills call!!! I have to do something about this SCAMMER!! He even changes his name every time I answer like I don't recognize his voice!! If anybody have any suggestions please help!! He keeps trying to get me to send money for a $10,000 loan. If its a loan why do I need to send money! I don't want a loan he needs to go away ASAP!!

I Received SWeveral Calls From This Middle Easter/ Indian Man Also Asking For A Ruby Nuesom. I Informed Him She Was Not At This Number & He Continued To Call At All Hours Of The Day & Night. He Said He Was From American Financial Services & Said The I "Ruby" Was Approved For A Loan Of $1500.  I Told Him To Stop Calling Me, As I Don't Know This Woman & That I Was Going To Report Him. We'll See IOf He Calls Back Again. This Is CRAZY!!!

This person's other alias is Eric Young that poses as a financial agent from American Financial Services or I Cash Loans. Let's all put an end to this & also report him to the Federal Trade Commission. To report the fraud call, call 877-438-4338. Standing together can make a difference & hopefully catch this creep!

Yes did the same to me. Accent went by David, Mark etc. Made threats and also rape comments. Called the police and filed a report. Anyone know how we can shut him down for good?

I was called OVER AND OVER by this man. I called him back to ask to be removed and he shouted "F--- YOU, I WILL CALL ONE HUNDRED TIMES A DAY" I was shocked and am very concerned!

Do NOT fall for it..They tell you to get a "Green Dot" Card, (pre-paid card) and put money on it to "verify you can pay the loan". They really just TAKE YOUR MONEY, TRUST ME. Our call was from FL, (407) 608-4084 , Going by names such as David Cooper, Annie Johnson, Mark Harris, and an Alex. Horribly American names for these middle eastern scammers, claiming to be with the FTC and BBB. When we told them we knew it was a scam "David" admitted it over recording, said "what u gonna do" while laughing. It is HORRIBLE what these people are doing!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I have receive $7500 loan from this company i really appreciate because they have provide me this loan and i got the loan at that time when i was really in need of $7000 to save my house thanks a lot PAYDAY FOR AMERICA. God bless them.

Received several calls from this number 407-608-4084, sounded  like an Easterner accent, male, giving  name of David Cooper stating congratulations you have been approved for up to $5,000 loan;however, my company needs to verify that you have 10 percent of the loan amount in your bank account indicating that you can afford to  make payments. Re quested to have my name removed from their data base.
