I have gotten a call a day from these people for the last week. I don't answer calls from unrecognized numbers, but they finally left a message. It was 45 seconds of music. What gives?

I'VE BEEN GETTING CALLS EVERY DAY FOR OVER A WEEK - NO MESSAGES LEFT.  THEY ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY.
