Got three calls Jan 9 & 11 from what I assume is this same number.  It shows up as "International" with 001 in front of the number.  The international tag makes me wonder if it it someone fishing for a connection through my number to make long-distance calls

This is upsetting and a real bother!  They call my cell several times a day.  Same as what others described with the 001 before the number.  How does someone get our cell phone numbers!?

Same experience as the rest with this number, although to me it sounds lik a negerian. I wish I could get my hands around their throat, it wouldn't be pretty. I'm assuming they are just fishing for suckers to scam in any way they can.

This number called my daughter's cell phone and said I was involved in an accident and needed to sign papers and send them back.  Then when I try to return the call it goes straight to vm or just rings and no one answers.  I'm trying to see how I can file a police report

These 407 area code numbers are call centres representing several different companies. The most annoying however is Deluxe international windows and doors. I get 4 calls a day, all week, sometimes late at night often with hang ups. When you do get someone they're east indian and can barely speak english or answer any questions.

I've asked them to remove me from their calling list several times. They still keep calling.
So here's what I have done and what I suggest you do.

Make an appointment for an appraisal... make several.... and don't be home. Waste their time. If their appraisers are showing up at no show appointments all day, their sales will suffer and they'll either 1) go out of buisness or 2) stop using the call centre.

Also if you really want to be punitive, here's their address and an employee name. Send them junk mail, send lots. Filll out their names on ballots at trade shows or for info packages for whatever. When you find yourself bored, or waiting for your kids or husband, call their head office. Call them every chance you get. Waste their time. Jam their lines with nonsense and get even.

I got call from this number 5 times today. I missed it everytime they called but when i called back it goes directly to VM and says VM box is full. they better stop calling.

This # is coming up as Banner Amy on my caller Id. They have called here at least 15 times today and i am peed off. There asking for my daughter. My daughter is in hospital and I told them that. They kept calling anyway. This last time I asked to be taken off calling list. What can be done about this?

I have gotten over 10 calls from this number every day.  When I answer they ask to speak to me and when I ask who this is or what this call is dealing with. Then they either start talking a different language or hang up.   This sure is gettin aggravating and wished it would stop...........

I received two calls today.  I have filed a report with the FTC.  These people are in a boiler room trying to scam people.

They have called my home number several times. It always shows up as Unknown Name on the caller ID. Always let it go to vocie mail and they never leave a message.

Call on cell phone, have no idea who this is

I've been getting calls from this number once or twice a week since I upgraded to my HTC Hero android phone on my sprint plan. The 001 is also before the area code. I don't answer, but I get 5 second voice messages all the same with background static noise, some knocking sounds, and a male voice saying "Hey?". Very weird, and the voice messages sound totally identical, which is even more weird, like it was an automated source leaving a message.

I have recieved a couple of calls from this number.  It is some type of telemarketing thing so when one answers there appears to not be anyone there.  If you wait long enough you get someone on the phone.  This person told me about a time share conference that i attended (i never attended such a conference) and that they wanted to reactivate my account or something.  I'm not quite sure what they mean but i did find something on the web on www.ripoffreport.com.  It seems to be some sort of scam and i will be looking into my credit report to make sure someone hasn't stolen my identity.  Checkout the link below to see what that guy went through and make sure to check your credit report.

These idiots have been phoning me four times a day and last night they phoned at 3:20 in the a.m.  I just got another call from them and tore a strip off the guy (like that will help).

Within the last week one day they called our home phone nine times, and today they've already called another nine times.  I answered the phone most of the times.  Only once was there someone there, and Indian sounding voice claiming to be selling windows and doors.  I told him I was on the do not call list and hung up.  Bell Canada says there is nothing I can do to stop the calls.

Calls 9X last 2 days, answered once wanted creditcard#, told do not call, no avail. Now they have message "Goodbye" when I pick up phone. Scammers like flies, eat s**t and bother people. Wish someone would swat them for me!

They called my home at 9:45PM & won't say a thing when i answer. i have been inundated with weird phone calls like this from different numbers at all hours lately!!

1-407-765-4321, this is a funcking call from some crazy psychopath. Everyday. the caller names "Long distance call", actually is no name or unkown name. Don't pickup! sometime it is a auto-play recording message, sometime is a f****ng women voice. I don't know what kind of purpose of this calling. Speaking is very ambiguously. I guess it is a call from a psychopath. So, you just ignore it, don't pick up.

On friday, April 2nd, @4:22p.m., I too received a call on my cell phone from the number 001-407-765-4321.  I don't answer unknown calls and they didn't leave a message.  Hopefully, with all of us reporting this, these calls will stop.
