Got a call - actually got the call several times but didn't answer until I realized they would probably keep calling until they got a live person. Once I answered, they immediately went into a spiel and began talking about Home Depot and water questionaire??? Anyway, set up the appointment, (was also asked about credit card information which I did not give), determined later I didn't want to keep the appointment. Called this same number numerous times with either no answer, busy, or the like in an effort to cancel. Never spoke with anyone again. Did not get the option to leave a message. Someone showed up early (no markings on vehicle) but because I had attempted to cancel, I did not respond. I didn't trust whatever was going on by this time. I never got a call nor did they leave a message by note or phone.
The times we live it no longer afford trusting this kind of thing. I don't know if this is a legitimate business or not but I was very uncomfortable with the method and my inability to call them back...

Market research from filling out a questionnaire at Home Depot. If you have filled out a from at a Home Depot regarding water these people are calling. They have silly questions to ask, and after you answer or do not, they go ahead and get the Home Depot Gift Card processed.
