this university is very desperate and wont stop asking me for money, after you go through the process and answer their emails they assign a test, no matter what you answer you will pass, after they enroll you they start asking for money. dont do it

kaplan university call everyday.

I got a call from this number, Is Kaplan University, Student Finance Center.  They were calling to get information on my account to package me for Financial Aid.

If it is an online college why don't they leave a message??  They need to stop or leave a message

I filled out a profile as it is the only way you can see what they offer.  I knew better but clicked through anyway.  There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the profile information page that states by submitting your information you are agreeing to allow Kaplan University and any other affiliates to contact you.  In other words, they sell your phone number to other entities.  The only way to avoid this is not submit your information, or block the number.

Kaplan University. I made the mistake of asking for a brochure and HAD to leave a number to get it and they've called me 8 times from two different numbers already!! The other is 954-424-4700. I also believe they have a "spoof" line that shows up as all 0's. I have been receiving those calls too....

I made the mistake of requesting info. online from Kaplan Universit, & they've been calling non-stop.  As someone else stated, the original calls were from 954-489-6060.  I finally answered today to get them off my back so they'd stop blowing my phone up.  I got a bad feeling while talking to one  of their so-called Admission Specialists (or something like that), so I told him basically that the conversation was done & hung up.  Within 30 seconds, I got 3 phone calls from the 407-903-3300.  Each time I hit my "ignore" button he'd call again.  When I called the number back to rip someone a new one, the recording said I was being transferred to whoever was assigned to me, & then the line would be disconnected.

Sorry, I meant University of Phoenix...got it mixed up!

The only one I know of that is reputable is Phoenix University.  They also have classes you can physically attend in some locations.

Online colleges get your phone number from your resume when you are applying for what you think is a job. Don't these idiots know that if you are applying for a job that you don't have the money for online college?

They won't hire someone with an online degree but they will hire someone who sounds as dumb as a box of rocks and can't spell to save their families lives! LMAO!!! CLASSIC EPIC FAIL!!!

Does putting yourself on the do not call list not work? These people call me more than twice a day on most days and it's getting really annoying. I can't figure out how to block their number when they call me and I don't want to go to school their either. I don't know how to get these people to leave me alone!

I live in Hawaii and received a phone call on December 7 and 10, 2012.  On one of those calls, I told them not to call me anymore, but they didn't listen because I received another call on December 12, 2012.  Very frustrating.

Called me during church service!

I have been getting calls from this number for months. I never answer, and there is never a message. I am on  the national do not call list, and am still getting calls almost daily from this number.

Yes, it is Kaplan Univ.  I was planning to go back to school and filled out something on line, the first week I received phone calls from four different colleges. After I told Kaplan I had decided on one of the other colleges they have continued to call.  They won't stop!!!

Receiving continuous calls from Kaplan University also. I looked up information online for schools also. I will report to the unwanted calls list each time they call.

Tell them to quit calling, it is getting annoying.

I had visited a site looking for scholarships for nursing and unwittingly applied for this call list from 50 different colleges. Kaplan University seems to be the harrassing one though. I get at least 10 phone calls from them daily and they start as early as 6 AM! I have already told them to stop calling me and now they keep calling and hanging up when I answer

This is from Kaplan University. I had called them and requested for them to remove my number and they still call!! I will be reporting them to the BBB.
