I received a call from 618.327.0760 and they indicated they are "Card Services" wanting to work with Mastercard and Visa to reduce my interest rate.  I am on the Federal do-not call list and have asked this company many times to stop calling and it continues

After a year or so of harassment from these yahoos, I filed a FOIA request to the FTC for my DoNotCall complaint printouts. They quickly complied and today I'm still, of course getting calls on all 3 of my lines from this company. I have emailed today the FTC on this and asked for help on a number of questions. We'll see what's next.

This number keeps calling, today it said this is Rachel from Credit Card Services, there is no problem with your account.  i hang up at that point and so tired of these calls on my cell phone.

Tried calling this number back. and is an automated system to leave messages with City of Deltona Inspections and Permits. Googled City of Deltona Inspections & Permits to see if there would be another phone, it is the exact same one as this call center is using. Called the City Clerk City of Deltona. She advises their phones have been hacked. Not sure what if anything they've done regarding this matter, they state they are aware of the problem. Not sure if they've notified the police in addition to the phone company.

I got a call from them but I was on the other line and I jotted down the number. I called the number back, and got the City of Deltona Permit line. I hung up and called back figuring I dialed the wrong number. Someone actually answered, and I told them I was on another line, saw this number on my caller id, and was calling them back. The person said, "who is this and why are you calling me" so I explained the story to them, and then he hung up. When I called again a 3rd time, I was back at the city permit line. I wonder if the city knows about this?

I hung up because I suspected fraud.

Scam about lowering interest. When you push the number to be taken off the list, dead air!

When I tried calling back, the number was Deltona's licensing permit department so obviously this company has spooked the display when they call.

Just got a call from these idjits..

I'll just keep filing complaints with the ftc & FCC and keep on blowing the whistle in their ears in the mean time...

Today, Nov. 16, 2011, I got the same recorded, fraudulent call about my credit card account that I have been receiving off and on for a long time.  This time it was from 407-936-9999.  I called it back to find that it was an inspection office of some town, which leads me to believe some employee is moonlighting while on the job.  In any case, this pretends to be from my credit card company.  Other sources in the past have included 406-224-9002, 458-000-2314, 923-000-9632, 304-445-5940, 718-673-6123, etc.  most if not all of these involved the identical message.

This number keeps calling our phone number. We think that it is a scam.

I pressed to talk to a rep to get more info--on my first question she hung up--report to Do NOT CAll Registry.

I called the permit place and they are working with their state attorney's office to track down the scum using their number!!

No one responded when answered many people have said its a fraud credit card company

Got the same calls as everyone else.

They leave the same recording on my answering machine, but now the caller ID says "Sanford, FL" and they're calling from the number above.  Previously, the Caller ID said "Clearwater FL" and the number was 727-674-9999.  These are the same "Credit-card-interest-rate"scammers.  My blocking software [selective call rejection] requires the entire 11-digit phone number, so I can't block these jerks just based on the "9999" last 4 digits.

Why doesn't the FBI investigate and prosecute these people. They should be in jail! This is a scam. WARNING !!!!!! Do not talk to these people. (Identity theft)

They just keep calling with different telephone numbers.  "This is your last change blah blah blah."  I blew a whistle in their ears so they repeately called me back with private caller over over and over.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING THESE CALLS FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS NOW. I DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE TO THESE ANNOYING PEOPLE.

That's exactly what happened to me.

The only way to stop these calls is to file a complaint each time you receive one, either with the Do Not Call site or the FTC site or both.  If we work together we can eventually put an end to this kind of harassment.

This telephone number keeps calling our household tons of times!  It;s annoying.

I have caller ID and when I see tthat #, or any other number I don't recognize, I NEVER answer. I don't even have a "credit" card....just a debit card. Ignore them, don't bother to call back.

I didn't answer the call when they literally just called me but they have called my phone several times.  each time with this number and each time leaving NO message.

Continuing to get calls from this number which the live person on "punch 1" says is Credit Card Services.  They say they represent my MasterCard company, but then launch into a sales pitch that doesn't seem to know my account details.   So I probe for more information about just how they connect to my current accounts.  They hang up on the second or third time I interrupt the pitch.
