I have been getting calls too. I have not answered. I am behind on mortgage payments. I wonder if somehow that information is available to this group. Are any of the other people posting here also behind in mortgage and other payments. That would be a good incentive for them to try to get us to sell our houses.

this number called our home yesterday, and knew me by name. he wanted to know if we were interested in selling our home. i didnt feel comfortable talking to him, he was persistant and knew my name when I answered the phone.I wind up hanging up on him politely.how do these people get your name and number?

I saw the number on caller ID.  I don't know anyone in Kissimmee, so I hung up on the caller!

This man called me and was rude and almost threatening - I was shocked by the way he tried to pressure me into selling.  He said what has happened to the price of my home is nothing compared to what is going to happen.  

I wonder if this is the same line he uses when he is trying to get someone to BUY a house he is trying to sell --

I dont appreciate some jerk trying to frighten me and talk down to me.  Its time to report this person who thinks he can scam and terriorize his way to wealth.

Received call from 407-964-1432, Jan. 2, 2012 telling me my home had lost 40% of its' value and it's about ready to take another big drop, and I should sell before it happens. Very persistant until I said I am well aware of home value drop, there's nothing I can do about it, and I have no interest in selling. A group of vultures preying on peoples hardtimes in this economy.

I am a real estate agent from Keller Williams. My seller received a call from this number and he indicated that he would like to buy his house. When the seller mentioned that it was on the market, the caller said that he could work a deal without the agent and then my seller hung up.  This doesn't sound like a legitimate business and everyone getting a call from this person better beware.  W Ucci is a real estate agent but isn't attached to this number

no one responded when I answered the call.  Have seen this number on caller id in past.

Woman identifies herself as Dana and wants sto know if I'm interested in selling my home. She has buyers. Was polite and thanked me for my time.

Arrogant jerk named "Barry" called said it was our lucky day and lied abot getting our phone number. Coincidentally, was considering listing residence called back was very unprofesional and nasty. Would never consider Keller Williams after dealing with this idiot. Barry needs some training in dealing with public !

Female caller, Keller-Williams Real Estate asking if I want to sell my home.  No pressure, thanks bye.

Someone called me just now from 407-964-1432. When I answered they hung up on me.

This idiot just called my home also....He sounded weird. I told him he had the wrong number and hung up.!

He wanted to know if I wanted to sell my home, stange call. Don't remember what he called himself...caller ID is Ucci W 407 964 1432. No high pressure from this guy just a stange call.
Maybe we should call him "Stranger".

I did some more research.  The number was flagged as a telemarketer and it orginates from Kissimmee according to some of the reverse number websites.  The "telemarketer" did not build up the Real Estate business by bringing up the deals one can get.  He did not even want to stay on and be a persistent telemarketer.  His side of the conversation was very suspicious.  There are some crooks that are calling numbers to see if anyone is home.  There are alot of burglaries being committed.

Caller wanted to find out if I had some Real Estate properties to list.

Same here and same caller ID. When I call back I get a generic voicemail message.
