I get called by 408-181-2263, 09-20-13 10:20 am. CID displays NAME NOT FOUND. Never leave a message.

Called to pitch some kind of home service. I said I was on the do not call list and it is illegal for a telemarketer to call me with a solicitation. He said I must individually exclude him by number. I said take me off the call list. He wanted to explain more. I said, "no, take me off the call list" and he said, "for being an a***ole I will keep you on the list."

I just got the call from 408-181-2263 on 9/9/13 at 6:05pm Pacific Standard Time. No message. When I try calling it back, it says I need to add money to call it. It's not a local number!

They call and don't say anything. So lame. Yet they continue to call at odd hours. I still don't understand why the hell they call if their NOT going to speak. So weird to me.
Since when did we start being issued 181 prefix #s? First clue.
